“Rick was excellent. Let me walk in after hours, walked me through everything going on with my laptop, gave me plenty of options, didn’t push the matter on anything, and gave me a free consultation. Would highly recommend.”

“This is where I got my parts for my first PC. Well some of the parts most of the parts I bought off of eBay but this is a really good place to buy parts. I bought a 1 TB SATA SSD and a 4 TB hard drive from here. I also got an RX 550 but that one failed but I have the montec case the air 100 model. Besides that, this is a really good store recommend going to”

“Chris helped me today with my Meta glasses, he was very very helpful and knowledgeable about the glasses. So knowledgeable that while I bought a different option he explained to me in great detail the difference between the models and being that I am going to Europe the difficulties I would run into while over there. I really appreciate this type of service because he was not just interested in making a sale he was genuinely helpful in making my experience great!”

“I bought my very first Mac laptop because my PC needed repair. I used another computer guy to get everything transferred and my Mac still wasn't working properly. Contact PC came to the rescue. Troy was freakin' fabulous - patient, professional, had a 'can-do' attitude and resolved all my issues to include cleaning up my PC so I could ship it to get repaired. All in less than an hour!!! Love these guys - never leaving!”

“Very impressed with Jake and the service he provided. My wife and I came in looking for a new refrigerator after 7pm. As the only salesman in the department Jake did a great job of asking clients if they needed help and checking in on multiple people. When we picked a fridge the whole process to check out and go over the different options offered was very efficient and informative. It had been many years since I had last shopped at Best Buy and the variety, layout and customer service was very impressive. I will definitely come back to Best Buy for appliance needs in the future.”

“Another great experience at the Aspen Grove Apple Store. We had an appointment to have our 4-year-old iPad checked for a possible issue, and Anthony was extremely helpful. He ran diagnostics, explained the device’s health clearly, and walked us through trade-in and upgrade options. Excellent service from Anthony—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.”
