419 Main Street, LyonsWe have come to Jenae for a number of years for grooming. This is why we always will. Murphy was going to have a bump surgically removed. I asked Jenae to please shave around the bump so it would be easier for the vet to find. She also found 2 additional bumps. When I got the biopsy report, all the places were benign. But the smallest bump that I hadn’t even found was the one that could have morphed into a cancerous tumor. THANK YOU JENAE. YOU REALLY ARE A LIFE SAVER.

412 High St, LyonsDr. Shea is one of a kind. He’s a vet from yesteryear. You can see in his eyes and the way he engages that he deeply cares not just for his furry patients, but also for his patient’s owners. Unfortunately we lost our beautiful Stella but it’s comforting to know we had Dr. Shea beside for half of her life. Dr. Shea and his staff are thoughtful, knowledgeable and overall top notch.

Lyons Vet Clinic: SIsan Ornitz DVM & Duncan Jolene DVM
412 High St, LyonsDr Duncan is competent. Coming from a super-critical dude like me, that's high praise. I brought my sick kitty there, expressed my sense of urgency, and I got in the same day. An x-ray revealed a mass in the lung. Dr was uncertain what was going on, and engaged a specialist. Once a firm diagnosis occurred, she prescribed the right treatment. This is high competence. Vet care seems expensive in 2024, and without getting into an economic tirade, the bottom line is if you want an educated competent Doc with staff, an office and tech equipment to be there the next time you need them, you're gonna have to pay a living wage. For my part, it's time to look into pre-paid insurance plans. I will be returning to Dr Duncan and her Clinic.

304 Main St Unit A, LyonsI came in here with my best friend for her birthday and got to meet the lovey Shauna Lee- the owner and beautiful mind behind Bella La Crema Butter Bar & Shoppe. The atmosphere was calm and cozy and the selection of butters was so inspired! Each kind of butter was completely unique, yet paired harmoniously alongside other flavors. Shauna comes up with all the flavors herself, showcasing her visionary ideals approaching flavor. Every single butter my best friend and I tried was better than the last. And Shawna even recommended a butter we hadn’t picked for our sampler based on our taste, ending up with me trying the most amazing Wildflower Butter, full of depth and a couple of floral ingredients I would not have considered until then. She opened my mind to a whole new flavor profile and I ended up buying a large size of the Wildflower Butter. The notes are hibiscus, lemon, nutmeg, petals, dried herbs, salt, and cane sugar. I can’t recommend sampling this flavor enough. If you’re a butter lover and looking for a completely unique and fresh experience, do yourself a favor and check of Bella La Crema Butter Bar & Shoppe.

442 High St, LyonsI love the ambiance of this place. Rustics decor, local bands playing in the corner, lots of locals hanging out there. The service is quick and friendly. They have a wide variety of drinks and breads. I really enjoyed my muffin, but my daughter found her croissant too hard. My family liked their coffee. I tried a lavender sage tea that was a little too heavy on the herbs and I didn't care for it; might be my own personal taste. I would definitely come back here to try other things.

112 E Main St, LyonsThis place was a delight! I am not from town and just looked for places to go, and we picked a gem! The staff was very accommodating and made us feel comfortable. The menu is huge, there's like three pages of margaritas: I was actually a bit overwhelmed by the paradox of choice! I had three tacos, all of which were great. The place was still adorned for Christmas, which gave it a warm and inviting aura. I would definitely come back if I am back in town!

228 Main St, LyonsWell, hubby and I agree, we have a new favorite bbq sauce! We had a wonderful lunch here after the Old Man Winter Rally. I especially enjoyed the cornbread muffins. Our server brought a side of their blackberry bbq sauce, it was great! I wouldn’t do the wings gain, I’ll try the pulled pork next time.
