There was one person in the self service wash when I arrived and even though my dog wash wasn’t going to be done by 5:00 the gentleman working was nice enough to stay over so I could finish washing my dog. From the moment we walked through the door the owners and staff were attentive, friendly and incredibly accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to make the evening perfect. From savory to sweet to breakfast to lunch to bakery items, there’s not a single bad item on the menu. And top it all off with some of the most conscientious and kind serving staff you can find! We’ve lived and worked in Estes the past two summers, and Notch Top was a weekly stop for us (if not more often, heehee.) Alex and Esmeralda are excellent servers who were super kind every time we came in, whether they were our servers or not.

It's amazing! We ordered a NY thin crust with sausage, chicken, banana peppers, and spinach. It was really great, I wish we had this available back at home! Perfect thickness, perfect blend of crunchy and chewy crust. The toppings were perfectly cooked and distributed.
The staff was amazingly warm and kind at pickup. It was fast, tasty, and a great value. Top of the line!
