Our poodle, Walter, went reluctantly in with her and came out two hours later with a huge smile , literally prancing he was feeling so great about himself! Considering his reaction to the experience I have no doubt he will be happy see her at his next appointment. I have been attempting to groom our poodle for the last 6 months, not an easy feat…even after numerous YouTube videos. Although I managed to keep his body somewhat trimmed, his nails, feet and cleaning out the ‘poodle’ ear hair, was a challenge to say the least. Truly a relief to have found Connie (Groomingdales)! She was booked solid into March when I called, but put us on a cancelation list. Connie got us in right off due to last minute cancelation. Walter won the lottery!

2011 Englewood Rd, EnglewoodI took my 13 year old Shiba inu mix in for a consultation about a fatty tumor that she had. They did an ultrasound and determined that it was removable. We scheduled the surgery for a week later and the 12 pound mass was successfully removed.
The entire staff here is compassionate about everything they do for your pet. Dr Young is very easy to talk to and explains everything in a way that you can understand. If I ever need any further procedures done on my dog I would not hesitate to bring her back here.

362 W Dearborn St., EnglewoodThis place is kinda of bland during the day when it's all closed up which adds to the excitement when it opens. As you walk in past the outdoor bar there is an inside dining area with a bar, nice but then you go through the doors and you are in an outside patio which is beautifully lit and has a huge decorated tree. There is a stage and plenty of table and seating. This is where we had dinner and listened to Sweet Fleet a Fleetwood Mac cover band. Food was great , service was great (and it was busy) but to add to it the band was awesome ($10 cover charge). I've lived here 6 years and this was our first time and we are going back. I can't believe this is in our little town. What a jewel.

1975 Beach Rd, EnglewoodWe decided to ride out to the beach for a late lunch treat.Valet parking was wonderful. We haven’t been since they started rebuilding. Beautiful new massive tiki area so you are covered. We had an incredible breeze on a 95 degree day so it was delightful. I had the burnt ends sandwich and my wife had the grouper salad which was 2 large portions of fish. We would both order the same items again. Our service was excellent and the food came out fast. Come visit the newly renovated facility with friendly staff.

We arrived around 7 and the girl at the counter told us about 20-25 min so she took our name and we waited but while waiting I also noticed a lot of customers walking in with reservations. We had waited about 25ish minutes and another couple who had just walked in with no reservation comes in, the hostess walks up and says "okay who's next to be seated" and we had said "we are, we put our name in 25ish minutes ago" come to find out she didn't even put our name down & proceeded to just seat the other couple. We waited another 5 min and they sat us. Which is fine, a little annoyed but it was okay. The waitress was amazing, very nice & very attentive! I ordered the chicken parm and it was so good! My fiancé got stuffed shells which was also so good & my dad got chicken Alfredo which was disappointing because it was very dry and they didn't have the regular grilled chicken for it so they had to serve it with breaded chicken which was very very thin and hard. In my opinion i don't think they had reservation customers and walk in customers handled very well. I think maybe they should only take reservations because they had no was of keeping track of who has been waiting as walk ins. We will be returning of course and with a reservation lol
