“Nice, well-kept hotel in a good location. It is visible that it is no longer quite there. But everything is very clean and there is nothing to complain about in the room. Anything missing can be reordered, the service works great! We had the concierge reserve a table for us at a nearby steakhouse. We were even driven there from the hotel. We feel very comfortable!”

The establishment is beautiful, the patio and the atmosphere are select and elegant.
We came for a Sunday brunch.
A lot of variety of dishes, all unlimited.
From lobster tail to caviar, through meats, sushis, desserts... all delicious ?‼️
But the service... a disaster??and given the price (160E per person), I find it embarrassing??‼️
I will not return ??but I recommend the experience ?”

“The hotel is located in beautiful Coral Gables in a historic building.
Rooms are very spacious and are well equipped with everything including the coffee machine.
You can get your complementary bottle of water at Reception or use the water in the room which they charge 8 dollars for.
We had two rooms on the second floor of the hotel, but because the hotel is located on top of an office building or something it felt like we were on the sixth floor or higher thus we had a great view of Miami skyline from our balcony
Upon our arrival, we were offered vouchers for complimentary breakfast and each guest was offered a 25 dollar worth voucher to use either for room service or to get extras at breakfast. They also offer a complementary cocktail which is their signature citrus Sangria cocktail.
Speaking about the facilities - the hotel has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace with great views of the Miracle Mile. Both Jacuzzi and the pool are heated and open till 21:00 so we had an opportunity to relax after long days of sightseeing.
Overall I would say everything was great, but when I asked for an extra bathroom because there was only one bathroom in our room, unfortunately, they promised to provide it but never did.
Nearby activities: There is a stop of Coral Gables Trolley literally in front of the hotel so in case you did not ride this historic attraction in Miami you can catch up here. It is free for everyone
Walkability: The town of clCoral Gables has everything you need and the hotel ins located in the heart of it - overlooking the Miracle Mile - perfect for nice walks before or after dinner
Food and drinks: Great choice of cocktails and snacks at the hotel lobby bar”

“Very interesting hotel if you arrive in the evening. You can go there on foot. Take the Miamover to the rental car center, then take the train/bus station access corridor to the end and go down, it's only a 500m walk to the hotel. So you can take your car the next morning only, no risk of delay at the rental company (set your alarm anyway ?)
This avoids having to queue for your vehicle the same evening, after a 9-hour flight when all you want to do is go to bed.
On the other hand, no restaurant nearby, plan something at the airport, it's more of an industrial area, not very pretty but just practical for one night.
The staff is welcoming, the hotel is clean and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast included in the price.”
“The room seemed a bit “cold” and not very homely and overall the area didn’t look as brightly fresh and colorful as in the photos, but it was clean, safe and the staff were friendly. Very good value for money with a relatively good location. We would come back.”

“Went to this hotel to escape Hurricane Milton. Air conditioning didn't work in either room we rented, but they did repair it the next day. They would not extend our stay because we booked with points. Not a way to treat a member.
Walkability: Lots of stores and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Although near the airport, not noisy.”

“Very posh public spaces with an old-school glamour. The location is prime, of course, and is tucked away off of Collins Ave behind lush foliage. The lobby boasts gold-leafed Egyptian-like colums, in fact there is gold everywhere, and the walls boast some very interesting murals.
The front staff was very nice - excluding the valet/doorman. It is not a club - it is a luxury hotel.
The drinks were very good and should be at those pricepoints, and the pool/tiki area is awesome. Will go back to eat.

Special thank you to Otto the shop manager for always being transparent and helpful in explaining what is wrong with the cars. They are also super fast and diligent when fixing the vehicle. A+++. “I definitely enjoyed my anniversary weekend at this hotel. Orlando, the front desk receptionist, had very good customer service and was very welcoming! The room was neat and clean. “Rooms (more like apartments) are very spacious, however, not very luxurious being a hotel apartment style. All kind of house hold equipment are available.
Place is good but quite a distance from the beaches are.
But I would like to take a moment to commend how friendly and nice the staff were.

The International Mall is a short walk away but the shuttle bus also provides transportation within a 5 mile radius. Parking is also complimentary which is a plus. “Took a staycation at the newly opened Gale Miami downtown hotel this past weekend. Not sure it could have gone any better. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and professional. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful, Alidon and Ari were both fantastic bartenders and made great cocktails. The property itself is beautiful. My room had a wrap around full balcony with the best views. The location is perfect, walking distance to anywhere you would want to go in downtown or Brickell. Overall, the stay was a 10/10!”

“Staying at this hotel for one day is enough. It is right next to the airport. The rooms are nice And so are the staff very helpful and polite. There are no food places anywhere and the corner gas station prices are outrageous!
The shuttle service driver, respectful, pleasant, helpful, and God is where we needed to go
Nearby activities: There are no nearby activities besides a sex shop right next to the hotel
Walkability: There is only one restaurant five minutes away. That is a Cuban restaurant. No other food places anywhere.
Food & drinks: The gas station across the street is very expensive and we never ate at the Cuban one restaurant they had. There are no other food places around here.
Make sure to use Uber eats. Latino cafe 2000 had some really good food
Their breakfast is disgusting!”

“Finishing our fourth stay this year at the Kimpton Epic. This is our third year with 20+ nights at the Epic and the sixth year we've been visiting the property. Clearly, we enjoy pretty much everything about this hotel.
This is my first review on Google, prior years are on a different platform.
We have gotten to know so many great team members, too many to list. Much of the door team, breakfast team and bar/pool teams have been with the Kimpton for years. To call out a few newer folks who helped out, thank you to Janna at the front desk, Hammy at the door and Irma in housekeeping.
On a few details, the breakfast alone is worth booking. As a diamond ambassador the IHG perk includes breakfast, it's really very good.
The biggest draw for us at this point is that there's so much to do in the area, the restaurants in Brickell and surrounding neighborhoods are almost endless. For the last few years we've been visiting over the Fourth of July for the really epic pool party.
This trip we enjoyed a sunset cruise, a fifteen minute walk to the pier, and a culinary "extravaganza" over on South Beach but otherwise, we just relaxed at the pool, which is always lively.
This is a great property, a great value and a great team. Highly recommend a stay (or many).
Noteworthy details: The gym is amazing. With the residence sharing the gym, the equipment choices are as good as it gets and the area is always very clean. It does get busy.”

“Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at the Biltmore Hotel.
The property itself is beautiful and the staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. Navigating can be cumbersome because the property is a bit sprawling with few direct routes between points of interest.
The pool is one of the largest and very comfortable staffed by very attentive folks, most of whom are bilingual.
The restaurants onsite are delicious and the Miami spice menus are a steal!
Brunch is everything you heard about and more! One time is not enough to try everything and quality is top notch. Don’t be a sucker, got to the carving station and the raw bar. Also, 4 different types of caviar, if that’s your thing.
The golf course is beautiful, long with challenging undulating greens in excellent conditions. I was super bummed that the proshop lost my Monday teetime, but Harrison @ The Biltmore Pro Shop spent the weekend calling golfers to find me an opening and he did!
I was honestly a bit of a needy guest and they were kind and patient and willing to accommodate.
All in all, if you want a taste of that old money good life, come get a slice at The Biltmore.”
