3077 Daniels Rd, Winter GardenBeen shopping at this PetSmart for going on 2 years, thanks to the addition of our zany labradoodle, who not only loves shopping there, but also loved puppy classes, and then privates, with Camille (who is a 10!).
The store stocks a ton, and will price-match both local competitors AND major online competitors. A few caveats, one that really sucks, if I'm being honest. While Petsmart will price-match competitors, I never expected that the single biggest "competitor" I would have to constantly ask them to price-match is... their own chain!
It is beyond me why a large, reputable chain such as Petsmart has completely different pricing online than it does in-store, for the exact same items! For example, our dogs edible bone treats (a girl has to have her afternoon snack each day)... $16.99 on the shelf in the store... $11.52 on Petsmart's website. So if you don't order online for delivery, or for in-store pick-up, or ask for price-matching inside the store, for the exact same item you will pay over 32% MORE for the convenience of driving to the store and buying off the shelf (all promotions, both online and in-store, apply to either price, but still... that's ridiculous!).
And it used to be easy to have the clerks price-match, even if it was their own store, but you still had to bring up their website on your phone each and every time (and this store's wifi is very spotty, as the cell service in this shopping area is horrible on a regular basis), and you have to prove to them that it's the current date/time stamp on your screenshot (I always have to screenshot b/c the wifi doesn't work well enough most of the time, so I have to plan ahead before I leave home... again, ridiculous). WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU, PETSMART? Why do you inconvenience your customers AND your great team members, who... with their "new and improved" cash register/computer system, went from the cashiers having the ability to apply price-matching, $ off coupons from competitors (warning, you must print and bring in $ off competitor coupons unique to the competitors' stores, not just show it on your mobile device).
But now... the cashier has to have a mgr key in every single price-match... the lines take forever now, whereas before, they were always pretty speedy. This is zero reflection on the great team members in our store - everyone tries so hard to be friendly and helpful, but this method of trying to take advantage of customers who are loyal and shop in-store, without advising them of often MUCH lower prices on Petsmart's own website... that reeks of "shall-not-be-mentioned" competitors who should be ashamed of how they try to mislead customers. This does not at all match with Petsmart's customer service credo - not in the least!
Ok, all that being said, we've always found the team at this store to be amazing, and knowledgable! We've made friends forever at this store (as has our little fuzzy girl). And that's what keeps us coming back! Gotta take 1 star off for the ridiculous price-matching debacle, but otherwise, 5-stars all the way around!

1055 Vineland Rd, Winter GardenI called the shop to get our MGD in for a nail trim and gland expression. Michelle was amazing to get us in for the same day. We were asked to bring our proof of rabies shot being from Canada. Well, we forgot. Michelle was on top of it, and asked if our vet would answer the phone. Using our cell we called and with a quick chat with Michelle and the vet office we were back on track. Ashley came out to meet Lennox with such care and took him in. On a same day appointment fit in between others Lennox was in and out in no time. Thank you for the amazing service!Caroline

Hamlin Animal Hospital
14410 Shoreside Way Suite 130, Winter GardenI have been with this practice for over two years now. I have tried two other popular vets in town but Hamlin is rhe winner for us. These doctors hold PHD's in addiction to being vets. They are open until 7pm SEVEN days a week...which is unheard of. Our 12 yo Chihuahua is difficult but he adores Angie, the nurse. ♡♡♡♡
Librella injections have extended a pain free life for our Finn. Two thumbs up for Hamlin.

West Orange Veterinary Hospital at Stoneybrook
15497 Stoneybrook W Pkwy, Winter GardenI couldn’t be more pleased with the care that my my dog receives at West Orange veterinary. My dog Brodie was very sick last year to the point that I didn’t know if he was going to make it. I took him in as soon as they opened the Stony Brook office and Dr. Shrank was the doctor I saw and took care of Brodie. Since then, we’ve been seeing him and are so very pleased with his care. Brodie has diabetes and pancreatitis so we get seen very often.
Yesterday Brodie had to have his glucose curve screening, which he is there all day long getting his blood checked for his diabetes. Daelynn was at the front desk annd Camille was the tech. They are always very pleasant whenever I go in there very sweet to Brodie. They take such great care of Brodie and never have to worry. Dr Shrank, actually helped me in with Brodie in the morning while I cleaned up after he went to the bathroom.
I never worry when Brodie is there. He gets so much love while he’s in their care. It can be very nerve-racking knowing he’s there and what he’s going through, but I never do worry.
I have never had a bad experience at either location we go to. Everyone takes such great care of Brodie!!

13848 Tilden Rd #142, Winter GardenI can’t recommend them enough. When we moved to Florida 5 years ago our senior dog got sick, they got us in same day, and we’ve never looked back. Between our two pups we’ve been in plenty of times for various reasons and they’re always helpful and accommodating. Dr Santiago, the vet techs, and front desk staff truly care about our dogs. Yesterday we had to put down our senior dog and all of the staff was so caring and kind. They were crying along with us and I know they’ll miss our Jack too. We’ll bring Stella there always. Thank you Dr Santiago and team for everything over the years

Dr. Kasad, Dr. Brown and their counterparts are thorough, caring and honest. I have had all my Bulldogs with them for 10 years and have always received the best care. They don’t tell you what you want to hear, the tell you what you need to hear. This is an extremely important quality!

703 Vineland Rd, Winter GardenPuppy Dreams is the only place we trust to take care of our pups when we’re away! After a horrible experience at another boarding facility we found Puppy Dreams. There was a couple month wait to do our initial visit to determine if our girls could join the pack but I’m glad we waited until we could get in. P & L love it there and are always happy when we arrive and are great when we pick them up. At other facilities they would have gastrointestinal issues in the days after pick up but that hasn’t happened on any of the occasions they’ve stayed.The facility is spacious and clean with lots of outdoor space. Puppy Dreams has been able to accommodate multiple last minute requests for boarding when we had water damage in our home and it wasn’t a safe environment for them. It’s been awesome not to have to worry about our pups throughout the reconstruction and Puppy Dreams has had availability for our girls on the multiple occasions it’s taken to get all of our repairs completed.The staff is fantastic and it’s reassuring to know that our dogs are so well taken care of when they’re away from home. They’re getting playtime, given their medication, fed and walked consistently, and enjoying lots of love & cuddles from the staff. If your pups are a big part of your family like they are for us, check out Puppy Dreams where they’ll be treated like they should be!

The delicious food is served tapas style so prepare to share, and eat as the food comes out. The live music was excellent, not too loud and chill songs. Excellent beer and wine list. We made a reservation which is a good idea, especially on the weekends.
We had a guest with a dairy allergy and our server Sahara was incredibly patient, hospitable and kind, with the many, many requests from our guest. She deserves a medal!
Highly recommend for a date night or family dinner.

The have good price options for 9 oz beers, and they even have seasonal.i tried the pumpkin Ale and it was really good. Also, bonus for popmart lovers as they have quite a selection here (yes, even labubu’s). Love the little mini mart they too. Don’t forget to grab a fortune when you visit! Usually this place is pretty consistent with their delicious bubba, and the butterfly tea is my favorite as it’s loaded with fruits and basil seeds. But recently we had to return two boba milk tea drinks after take the first sip. They also no longer offer a loyalty card/program. Hoping this recent trip was just a fluke with the drinks.
