From the staff answering the phones who are kind caring and compassionate and so helpful and understanding and calm, to the technicians, all other staff working behind the scenes and of course … the vets… I have no words that can ever adequately convey our gratitude and thanks for the kindness care compassion and excellent service that we received over the last 6 years since moving here from the U.K. with our elderly Yorkies. Bentley, Maxi and the last of our crazies, Maisie. They were never fearful coming in especially when they needed more than just routine care! The kindness and compassion you have shown us in very difficult times and decisions will ALWAYS stay with me! Should we find ourselves down the line ready to have another furbaby in our family, we are unanimous , we will return to Animal Hospital of West Lake Forest. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! 200 N Field Dr, Lake ForestWe visited for the first time on a Monday in December for our holiday luncheon. It was after the lunchtime so we were well served and were able to hear each other. Appetizers were delicious and so was my fish n chips (and they even had malt vinegar!) Loved the swanky decor. I will return again.
