“BMC always has the best vehicles and the best service. I made a reservation for an 8 day rental of a sedan. The day before I decided I wanted a bigger car, more of an SUV type of vehicle. They didn't have any in inventory, but worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. We took our trip and we're so much more comfortable than in the sedan. Thanks BMC!”

“Renting the vehicle was an easy transaction. Nice and friendly employees. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the extremely strong odor of cigarettes once I turned the A/C on. It took almost all day before the odor went away. If Budget does charge a smoking fee then the car should be thoroughly cleaned! Other than that the car had no other issues.”

“A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I had a great experience when I needed a rental car. My car was going in the shop and I wanted something similar in size since we have kids and also carpool other kids from school. I was able to go on the website, choose my vehicle, get the pricing, and select from many different locations for pickup. They had the vehicle ready in less than an hour, so I chose the closest location, just 5 miles from home, and picked it up. The pickup process was quick and easy and the agent was friendly and helpful.”

“This was my first time in Cincinnati and I landed around 11:11pm. We provide Wigs, Mastectomy Bras and Breast Prosthetics throughout the USA to Veterans at no cost to the Veteran! It was such a relief as a business owner to have someone look out for you! The manager Mr. Benton was amazing and checked my trunk to ensure I had an Ice Shovel as it was expected to snow the next day. “Pickup was easy and the attendant was helpful and friendly. The car itself was clean and in great condition. The return process was also easy. All you do is drive up and leave the key in the car, that's it. My bill was exactly what I expected. They didn't try to bill me for anything silly like an empty gas tank”

“Great experience. What does above and beyond look like? Well, everything went right, until the end when I left my wallet in the car. I raced back and spoke with Daniel. I didn't tell him I was running late, but he hustled to get to the car in the cleaning area, hustled back with it - and THAT is going above and beyond.And.. the entire experience was A+++.”
“I spoke with DJ who was very accommodating about our rental. We had reserved the car for 3.30 pick up but had to change the time to 10am. DJ was very nice about it and made special arrangements.... with very short notice to make sure we had vehicle ready for puck up the next day at 10am. And we even got an upgrade! The Avis on Glenway Ave in Bridgetown is absolutely the car rental place that we will always choose! 10 stars!”

“I had no issues when renting through this location. The process was quick and easy. Being under 25 I took advantage of my AAA membership to avoid any additional fee. Booked the car with Credit card and I was also able to drop off the car when desk was closed.”
“Best rental car experience ever! We arrived and got to the counter in the airport, and it was the smoothest rental check in with paperless contract sent immediately to my email. The counter clerk was so nice and we didn't have to argue about insurance coverages or anything like with other car rental companies (what a blessing!!). The return for the vehicle was also perfectly smooth. The person who checked the vehicle back in was also very nice and came over as we began taking our luggage out of the vehicle, made small talk with us while doing her exterior damage inspection, let us know right away there weren't any extra charges, and to expect our return receipt via email within 5 minutes. She gave us instructions to the elevator and restrooms, and wished us a safe trip. Such amazing service! We were so thankful and impressed with this car rental company and service!”

“The waiting line was not super long, but employees were very slow. The same employees serve Dollar and Hertz, with Hertz priority. I spent 45 minutes in the line. The car was ready in time, and it was good and clean. No problems with the car during my 5 days rental period. Return was quick and nice. No any hidden fees were applied to my bill.”
“Hello, here to leave a positive rating. At the end of the day people are more likely to leave a review when they have a negative experience. I always feel taken care of at this location. I have rented a car about 10-15 times from this location within the past year. Every car I have received I have no complaints about. I always feel welcomed and like I said taken care of! It has always been an easy process from beginning until end. I’m very understanding when they are busy, they can’t control how busy they can be! I do try to arrive early just in case so I highly suggest you do the same! Please don’t let the negative reviews scare you, it is a good location to rent a car at! All of the employees I have interacted with are respectful and will make sure you taken care of. This place has been reliable to me all in all. I’ll keep renting from this place as long as they’re open!!”
