Chris greeted me with a smile, remained calm and professional the entire time, and truly tried to help. Although he wasn’t able to complete the transfer due to needing an override code, he went above and beyond by letting me use the company phone to call AT&T, assisting me with resetting my PIN, and helping retrieve my eSIM information.

“Took a friend there, she got a flip phone it's hard to get the names in, I don't know why they didn't use her sims card from the other phone, I don't think she will keep it. They told her she can go through email she doesn't do email ??????”
“I was staying at the Best Western up the street not receiving phone calls or text on my personal line so I called customer service they erased my SIM cards on both my personal and my money line which had 2K on it both phones shut off emergency calls only I jumped up and ran into this MetroPCS store when I got there they were closed they allowed me to come inside and went through the 40 minute long process of restoring my SIM cards I won't go into detail of what had to be done to accomplish this with the manager Rosie and the young lady working behind the counter her name I cannot remember because it's a beautiful Hispanic name that I wouldn't be able to guess in a million years the ladies only had one priority and that was to make sure that my phones were working when I left that store and they did just that I that I told the young lady working behind the counter that if I wouldn't catch a charge I'd lean across that counter and kiss her right on the mouth LOL excellent customer service I've been with MetroPCS for a long time and I do not plan on leaving yes I have had my ups and downs along the way but all in all I am a completely satisfied customer and if ever in this area again and need service regarding my telephones I will go straight to this location where I was treated like I mattered and like the money that I spend every month matters thank you guys so much for your help I greatly appreciate you both not only were you beyond helpful but both so kind and personable beautiful human beings ❤️

“I got there on a very crowded day. Somebody greeted me within 5 minutes which is so much better than the T-Mobile in Annapolis. I came in to see if I could switch from T-Mobile after 23 years. The staff accommodated me. I came out with a much better deal than I have from T-Mobile. We had to go back After we received the units in the mail. We set up an appointment. Went and got everything transferred and learned about the new devices. I have to go back next week for another phone I added. I can't wait. Thank you Verizon for taking care of us!”
