Chris greeted me with a smile, remained calm and professional the entire time, and truly tried to help. Although he wasn’t able to complete the transfer due to needing an override code, he went above and beyond by letting me use the company phone to call AT&T, assisting me with resetting my PIN, and helping retrieve my eSIM information.

“When I went to Best Buy to buy a new computer there were 3 employees here who were super helpful to me. Michael, Carlos, & 1 other person I can't remember his name. They helped me buy a computer not too expensive but not too cheap either & a computer that will work for me. They also helped me pick out an external hard disk. They allowed me to test everything I needed to test & then said due to my membership, I could come to them for tech help of various kinds for (what I remember being told) free or low cost. I have been a Best Buy customer here for a long time. I miss the Security Blvd BB but this is excellent.”
“After multiple calls between T‑Mobile and Apple support, and visits to two different stores—each insisting the issue belonged to the other—I was ready to give up. Both T‑Mobile agents I saw tried to sell me a $1,200 replacement phone instead of fixing the problem. Then I went to the Annapolis Mall T‑Mobile store, where Jason actually listened. He understood the issue immediately and had my phone working again in minutes. Jason, thank you for your honesty and for treating the problem with real care.”

Switched from Visible for my primary phone because Verizons service sucks (my work phone uses Metro)
The man at the counter was able to give me the $25 BYOD plan easily for my Samsung Z Fold 4, and was even able to save me $15 monthly on my work phone plan, only thing I paid was the one time $25 activation fee which is fair.
Service was fast, professional and I'm more than happy to come here for additional purchases in the future. It's rare to say that about a cell phone store.
Walked in expecting a nightmare, ended up saving lots of cash, definitely satisfied.”
