“Our Samsung sound bar went out following a very brief power outage on 6-13-26. We tried everything to get it reactivated. It appeared that the HDMI port on our 77” SAMSUNG TV was out. The BIG SCREEN STORE TECH, by the name of Romeo Paterson, came by this morning at the direction of Jim Marr, tge store manager, and after trying several standard approaches, he was able to get the TV to reactivate that HDMI port, and that in turn connected with the sound bar so our surround sound system is up and running as good as ever. He was also able to get the TV to recognize my SONY head set system, so that is functioning as well. I wear those in the evenings after my wife goes to bed. When those are active, the sound bar etc is disabled. So everything is right with our TV world now!! Great job Jim & Romeo complements of the BIG SCREEN STORE IN Glen Burnie!!”

“Reid is a fantastic consultant. He listened to my needs for improved sound in short-form shelving and worked diligently to source and recommend good alternatives and he reviewed photographs of my current set up and evaluated how to optimize my best equipment with good amplification that fit my needs and was user friendly. He then set up equipment for switching comparative sound on speakers comparable to mine and demonstrated the alternatives so I could hear differences, both material and nuanced. The entire journey and purchasing experience was so satisfying . He then called a few days later to follow up and see how it was all working for me! His deep knowledge of audio steered me to exactly what I needed and wanted and taught me a bit about the choices along the way. He spent considerable time and his expertise and professionalism are most appreciated!!”
“I went to HALLSTAR Tint for a full vehicle tint removal to pass my Maryland state safety inspection. I went in at 4pm on a Thursday and it seemed like they were only working on one vehicle at a time, but the wait was very short even though I didn't call ahead or anything. The tint removal cost $120 and took about an hour. The whole process was very straightforward and the lady at the front desk was very nice. A couple of regulars came in while I was waiting and I got the impression that they have a loyal clientele. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend their tint removal service!”

I was unable to get a live customer service representative by phone for 2 hours, and another Verizon store offered little help for my issue. Within 15 minutes of arriving at the Laurel store, Favour Fatusin made the right connections, restored my service, and the correct device was disconnected. He was also very knowledgeable about products that my family needed. Well done!”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Micha for helping me solve my problem. After 7 years with T-Mobile, I had pretty much decided to cancel my service because of two terrible phone support experiences — over an hour on the line each time, with no one truly trying to help. On the last call, they even told me Apple was to blame for my issues.
Micha went step by step with me and was essential in getting everything resolved — she even ran the troubleshooting herself right there in the store. Thanks to her, we got it all fixed quickly and efficiently. I left extremely happy with the service.

“I can see that Kendall Biak gets plenty of good reviews. Totally justified. After the first visit I am reassured that for any repair / accessories needs it is the first place to go. Kendall knew within seconds which kind of protective case I need and installed it within minutes. She recommended the item which works great and suits my needs. Let me add that my phone is my work tool + I am doing a lot travelling so the protective cover has to be reliable. This small store has a lot of choice of other items, like for example phone attachment for vehicle. I was purchasing before protective cases and other accessories on internet - not anymore. They may be cheaper, but you do not know exactly what you are getting + installing protective screen was not easy. It needs expertise and experience what Kendall displays. Kendall should be the coach for other cellular stores. Please relate this to Kendall - You are great . Thank you - Margaret H.”
