“went to the store with the expectation of buying a TV to replace one that had just died after 12 years of service (brand is unimportant as 12 years on a TV is a good life expectancy).After a brief once over of the models on the floor, I explained my situation and what I was looking for in a new TV.Three models fit what I was looking for, I chose the option that was a middle of the road price, and what I thought was the most bang for my buck.My 85" Neo QLED 4K TV was on the truck that evening and delivered to my home mid morning the next day on a Saturday. The team un-boxed it, tested it and removed the packaging for me leaving it in the shipping base as I had asked.Later my son came by and helped me get it up onto the existing TV wall mount.It was the fastest and easiest TV selection, purchase and delivery I have ever experienced.”

“I went to HALLSTAR Tint for a full vehicle tint removal to pass my Maryland state safety inspection. I went in at 4pm on a Thursday and it seemed like they were only working on one vehicle at a time, but the wait was very short even though I didn't call ahead or anything. The tint removal cost $120 and took about an hour. The whole process was very straightforward and the lady at the front desk was very nice. A couple of regulars came in while I was waiting and I got the impression that they have a loyal clientele. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend their tint removal service!”

“I visited the T-Mobile store this past Friday and Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Hector. When my original line stopped working due to an exposed antenna, he efficiently helped me add a temporary additional line so I could stay connected. After 24 hours, I decided to cancel that line, and when I returned to the store, Hector handled the change with professionalism and zero pushback. He even went the extra mile by calling internal support on my behalf to ensure everything was resolved properly.

“I dropped my car off with these guys a day after reaching out to get a quote…I didn’t book an appointment, instead I left the vehicle with this team with hopes that the tech could install the system within a week or so. “I can see that Kendall Biak gets plenty of good reviews. Totally justified. After the first visit I am reassured that for any repair / accessories needs it is the first place to go. Kendall knew within seconds which kind of protective case I need and installed it within minutes. She recommended the item which works great and suits my needs. Let me add that my phone is my work tool + I am doing a lot travelling so the protective cover has to be reliable. This small store has a lot of choice of other items, like for example phone attachment for vehicle. I was purchasing before protective cases and other accessories on internet - not anymore. They may be cheaper, but you do not know exactly what you are getting + installing protective screen was not easy. It needs expertise and experience what Kendall displays. Kendall should be the coach for other cellular stores. Please relate this to Kendall - You are great . Thank you - Margaret H.”
