“I highly recommend the T-Mobile store in Dedham, MA. I had a significantly damaged iPhone after an accident. I experienced exceptional customer service on multiple visits. I dealt with Nicole on 2 occasions (who was amazing!) and Jeremy on 1 visit- who was also wonderful.
I had to spend some time there while my data transferred and I got to observe the whole store. All of the employees were hard working, engaging and most importantly- very kind to all of the customers. Not all stores offer such a positive experience- I do hope T Mobile compensates their energy and efforts!”

“I just took my phone to T-Mobile at the Arsenal Mall in Watertown. I had tried to change my phone to ring longer and used a code from the internet. My phone then stop taking all calls and and blocking any voicemail. Marcos Rodriguez was wonderful. He quickly and efficiently corrected the problem. I had issues activating my number on my new iPhone and it took them literally 5min to fix my problem. And they were so sweet, too. Best place ever!! “I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time thanks to Deandre at the T-Mobile store.
I came in fully intending to exchange my new phone because I was convinced it wasn’t the right fit. Rather than rushing me through another transaction or trying to persuade me with a sales pitch, Deandre took the time to truly understand what I was experiencing. He had me compare several phones, encouraged me to actually hold and use them, and even let me try the camera on his own phone so I could experience it in a real-world setting.
What impressed me most was his patience, kindness, and professionalism. He never dismissed my concerns or made me feel like I was being difficult, even though I had already exchanged my phone once. Instead, he helped me separate the phone itself from the bulky case that was affecting my perception. He even refunded the accessory and suggested I purchase a slimmer case elsewhere because he wanted me to love my phone, not just complete a sale.
By the end of the visit, I realized the phone I’d been ready to return was actually the right one for me. That happened because Deandre listened first, educated second, and never pressured me. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s exactly why I would recommend this T-Mobile location to friends and family.

“The staff of the T-mobile shop in Harvard Square (store 5214) cannot be praised too highly. I visited the store over a period of 3 days (Oct. 16, 17, 18 2025) and was greeted courteously and had my questions answered and problems dealt with. Everyone was very patient (I am not good at technology) and no one tried to sell me a phone that was locked into their network and therefore would not work overseas (Note to Tmobile: you lost a sale there. I needed a new phone and would have bought one from you. As it was, all I did was transfer the chip from the phone I got from you 8 years ago, which was NOT locked into your network, to a new, unlocked phone which I purchased elsewhere.) But my point is not to criticize the company, but rather to praise the workers who are its living face and do a terrific job. I noted that other customers received the same considerate attention that I did. And not all of them were old fogies like me!”

“I was at this location the other day, picking up a new phone. While waiting to transfer everything from the old phone, I observed the most impressive thing. An elderly woman came in, looking for help to get her Pandora music back on. The young man patiently assisted her; didn't ask if she was a T-Mobile customer, he just helped her. I'm a longtime T-Mobile customer, over 25 years, because of their excellent customer service both on the phone and in person. I just wanted to highlight and applaud the kindness & service extended to that senior citizen; it made my day.”

“I was first approached by a woman representative who acted like I was cutting the line, telling me there were people in front of me. Even though I only approached the desk to see if I needed a number to be helped. I was totally embarrassed when she led me to a chair to sit and wait. After waiting my turn I was helped by a representtive named Justin. He was absolutely the nicest, most friendly, and knowledgeable person I've met. He went over all my concerns, showed me alternatives to my service, and offered prices on different plans. If there is an employee award, I think he should get it. If I ever have occasion tgo go back, I would definately want him to wait on me”
