They were courteous kind and efficient. when they found out they needed a drain hose extension as my space is odd they called the store and Kyle came by and dropped it off and they installed to e extension and ran the units again to make sure all was good and it was great! “Stereo installation pros. Its been two years and my system still sounds amazing. Derek sorry just getting around to this. Small world we had never met, well maybe in the 80's as we ran in a similar circle. Speed is just a question of money. How fast do you want to go? Same with stereo systems. I can't remember the techs name but he was super nice did a great job. I had a leak somewhere rug was soaked instead of blowing it off they lifted all the carpet and dried it out. You get what you pay for. Wrapped cables etc, prideful work ethic. Great job. The shop is part high end showroom part museum. If I had the money the detailer looks A+ too. If you're preparing or prepping for future work have a check list on the work order.

“I have been a customer of Zetronix for over 15 years. I first purchase was a single lens Black box dashboard camera. During these years, it has endured very hot and cold season and it is still doing its job. Someone stole my SUV out of state and throw it out the window, after stealing the car, and I happened to be going down a street and saw what looked like my camera on the side the street. Once I got back in state I plugged it up and it’s still does it job. Now I purchased the Rout 4K dual lens dashboard camera. About a month using it and like all of Zetronics products I’ve purchased, it work super good. It plugs into the OBD2 connector. The instruction says it won’t drain your battery, it doesn’t. In the parking mode, it picks up people or movements about 30 feet away. And the sides and the back of my car it picks up movement at a distant and it sends out a text or a video of the movements. You will be very satisfied with this unit because if some one attempt to steal your car you have have a video stored on your phone”

“I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time thanks to Deandre at the T-Mobile store.
I came in fully intending to exchange my new phone because I was convinced it wasn’t the right fit. Rather than rushing me through another transaction or trying to persuade me with a sales pitch, Deandre took the time to truly understand what I was experiencing. He had me compare several phones, encouraged me to actually hold and use them, and even let me try the camera on his own phone so I could experience it in a real-world setting.
What impressed me most was his patience, kindness, and professionalism. He never dismissed my concerns or made me feel like I was being difficult, even though I had already exchanged my phone once. Instead, he helped me separate the phone itself from the bulky case that was affecting my perception. He even refunded the accessory and suggested I purchase a slimmer case elsewhere because he wanted me to love my phone, not just complete a sale.
By the end of the visit, I realized the phone I’d been ready to return was actually the right one for me. That happened because Deandre listened first, educated second, and never pressured me. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s exactly why I would recommend this T-Mobile location to friends and family.
