Instead, Julian was super transparent and respectful of our time. It's rare to find a rep who is knowledgeable without being 'salesy.' He turned a chore into a great experience. AT&T is lucky to have him-I might even be jumping ship from Verizon soon because of this visit!”

This was actually a blessing in disguise, as I went to the Pinehurst location instead, and it was a great experience!
I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man named Luiz. He was personable, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
I will not be returning to the North Billerica location ever again. My home store is now the Pinehurst store, where I know I will be treated with respect, have all my questions answered, and feel like I am welcome. I've already started telling my friends and family members what a fantastic experience this was. Luiz is definitely an asset to your team!
