“Erick was great until something went wrong with the phone. Then I was told I would have to go to the Apple store to have the phone replaced. All calls would go to voicemail. He tried to fix it. but couldn't. I wanted the phone replaced. Not happy.”

“My mom got a flip phone and was having problems using it. The young man was extremely kind and helpful. He took the time to show her how to use the phone. She couldn't remember her password so he asked if she checked her messages and she said no. She said that she doesn't check voicemail so he suggested that she doesn't bother with it,this mad her extremely happy. Hee even showed her how to look up missed calls. My mom left feeling confident about using her phone.”

“Luis and Jaye were so kind and helpful. They were accommodating during an extremely hard time and only within days of our mother's passing. I was a mess dealing with complex loss and family issues trying to get a phone into my sister's hands that had been out of contact with us for months. I live in WA state and was back east under this emergency circumstance and they tolerated my highs and lows during this challenging time.
Jaye went out of his way to work through the challenges I was having with the cell phones, but most importantly, he showed genuine compassion.

“I was first approached by a woman representative who acted like I was cutting the line, telling me there were people in front of me. Even though I only approached the desk to see if I needed a number to be helped. I was totally embarrassed when she led me to a chair to sit and wait. After waiting my turn I was helped by a representtive named Justin. He was absolutely the nicest, most friendly, and knowledgeable person I've met. He went over all my concerns, showed me alternatives to my service, and offered prices on different plans. If there is an employee award, I think he should get it. If I ever have occasion tgo go back, I would definately want him to wait on me”

“Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.”

“After trying to complete service over the Phone and then in person at another place, I ended up at Verizon in Peabody on Andover Street. After the failed attempts, I didn’t know if they could help me. And to be quite honest I was tired of trying.. Without telling them that I was overwhelmed, I got Chris who was more than helpful and made me feel like it was the easiest process in the world.. Chris was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the steps I had to take to get what I needed. Honestly, I think the universe sent me Chris because I needed him in that moment.
