“I was at this location the other day, picking up a new phone. While waiting to transfer everything from the old phone, I observed the most impressive thing. An elderly woman came in, looking for help to get her Pandora music back on. The young man patiently assisted her; didn't ask if she was a T-Mobile customer, he just helped her. I'm a longtime T-Mobile customer, over 25 years, because of their excellent customer service both on the phone and in person. “Was having constant issues with internet and it happened to appear to be ok right before the technician came but the technician did look into the issue a lot further and found out the problem. The problem was resolved.”
“I was first approached by a woman representative who acted like I was cutting the line, telling me there were people in front of me. Even though I only approached the desk to see if I needed a number to be helped. I was totally embarrassed when she led me to a chair to sit and wait. After waiting my turn I was helped by a representtive named Justin. He was absolutely the nicest, most friendly, and knowledgeable person I've met. He went over all my concerns, showed me alternatives to my service, and offered prices on different plans. If there is an employee award, I think he should get it. If I ever have occasion tgo go back, I would definately want him to wait on me”
“So pleasantly surprised about the helpful service - go to this store! I had a problem with a trade-in phone and the corporate t-mobile was not resolving the issue. The store manager Michelle was incredibly helpful, kind, and resolved the issue in a couple of minutes. Incredible customer service!”
“Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.”

“I needed to swap out two cable TV boxes for my updated wireless connection. Service was prompt and courteous. The equipment was in new condition and included new remotes and power adapters. I didn't need new HDMI cables because I had recently installed new high speed cables. There was no charge to swap out the equipment. The store is spacious and up to date. There is plenty of free parking with easy access to this location via the Alewife Brook Parkway, Route 2 or local streets.”
