“Baa Humbug, it’s just so sad that the manager Kathy made no effort to rectify a mistake made by a sales rep. My kids will not be getting the Christmas gift they asked Santa for this year. I went into the store in Saugus to purchase two apple watches, made it clear I needed the watches for Christmas, there weren’t any in stock so the rep offered them to be overnighted, I agree to pay $14 extra fee, then asked again before I signed, the sales rep assured me that yes I would be getting the watches overnighted. To my dismay I received an email two hours later saying the watches would arrive the day after Christmas. I called and Kathy told me there was nothing that she could do once the order was placed. Doesn’t matter that is was their employe who made the error.
No way to fix it?? No solution??? It’s just the way it is....

At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. “The entire staff at this store is nothing short of amazing! They all were extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Gardy(the store manager) personally assisted me and two other customers at the same time and I was not bothered by it one bit. He showed the same amount of attention to each of us. Multitasking and active listening are definitely skill sets of his! He addressed all my concerns and he took the time to educate me on other products that could be useful for me as well. What also stood out to me was I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed as I did visiting other T-Mobile storefronts; which prompted me to walk right back out. Ronny R helped me out he was super fast and quick and he even knew a lot about apple itself and was able to transfer everything without a backup and walked out with my phone fully functional with all my info. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”

“I rarely leave reviews, especially for service providers, since situations can vary case by case. Today, however, was an exceptional experience thanks to Kevin (and his manager) at the store. As an internet customer, I decided to switch my mobile service to Xfinity for both myself and my daughter. The process turned out to be unexpectedly complicated solely due to my previous provider’s policies.
Throughout the entire time, Kevin remained attentive, promptly consulted his manager when needed, kept me informed at every step, and even called the other provider three times to help resolve the issue. Although it took a long time, it would have been impossible without Kevin’s professional guidance.
Kevin’s professionalism—and his manager’s timely support—truly deserves recognition. This will be my go-to location from now on for all my internet and mobile service needs. Kevin changed my skepticism about customer service in this service provider industry.”

“Best experience I've had dealing with one of the Internet providers. This was a few months ago but I canceled my service online and went in to drop off my router. There was no line and service was prompt. They scanned the router, looked up my account and offered to have me pay the $7 and change that was outstanding on my account to close me out right then and there. They provided a receipt for dropping off the router, proof of payment and that was the end of it. No lingering fees or cancellation charges and I haven't looked back. Xfinity might stink but this store did not.”
