“I originally tried to shop at the North Billerica store, but they were not open at 10:15am, despite the posted hours of 10-6.
This was actually a blessing in disguise, as I went to the Pinehurst location instead, and it was a great experience!
I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man named Luiz. He was personable, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
I will not be returning to the North Billerica location ever again. My home store is now the Pinehurst store, where I know I will be treated with respect, have all my questions answered, and feel like I am welcome. I've already started telling my friends and family members what a fantastic experience this was. Luiz is definitely an asset to your team! His service today should be held as the standard for your staff. Thank you again, Luiz!”

“Switched over today because I was in need of a new phone and was able to take advantage of their trade in deal and got a new iPhone 16. Ronny R helped me out he was super fast and quick and he even knew a lot about apple itself and was able to transfer everything without a backup and walked out with my phone fully functional with all my info. “Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.”

“Unfortunately I had discontinued my service for at home Internet and tv already and this location had nothing to do with that decision but I still needed to go to Verizon to return the equipment. Many Verizon's in this area will not accept returns. Only this location and Charlestown, to my knowledge from calling around.

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and got an emailed receipt right away. There are no paper receipts for returns, all electronic now. Much better vibe than when this was located in malden square.”
