The Sirius Radio Service I requested was not functioning for most of the three days, but that seems to be a problem between Enterprise and Sirius. They use a very strong cleaning product in the car, if you have allergies or problems, ask them to air the car out before you take it.”

The staff was very kind and accommodating, as well as the price being pretty good for a 2019 Buick Envision; I was bumped up a grade of car choice for free (nice car). “The entrance to the location at the Colonie Center is hella hard to find and Google maps didn't help -drive around to the back of the mall, to the left of the Christmas Shop is an entrance and it's the first thing you see when you walk in. Other than that, the staff was very nice and we got upgraded for free cause they were short on cars.”

“Not sure why this location has so many negative reviews besides, people are stressed when they travel, and angry customers are more motivated to write a review than happy ones. Well as for me, this was the best experience I've EVER had renting a car. I showed up and was immediately assisted and out the door with a car in less than 5 minutes (new record!). Initially I had reserved a Tesla, and with a thousand things on my mind at the time (emergency visit), wasn't even thinking "hmm maybe NOW isn't the time to figure out the whole EV thing". The associate was friendly and since there were other available cars, had no issue making a switch to a comparable (in size & price) gas-operated car instead. I kept the car several days longer than I reserved it for and dropped it off, which took two seconds to hand over the keys to the associate who appeared to be outside on break but promptly assisted me. I was billed appropriately for time and it was the most pain-free rental experience of my life. Thank you!!!”

“Great rental. Only issue was we were charged an additional $80 for returning the car 2 days early but we have a call in to corporate to work it out.Shout out to MIKE in the return area. I forgot my reading glasses in rhe car and noticed before going through security. I went back and he took the time to find the car and retrieve them. THANK YOU! These were prescription so saved me a few hundred dollars having to get new ones. All the staff we encountered from main desk to in the garage were great. Out with our car and back in quick with no issues.”
