“The staff at this location are incredible. Both Savenia and Billy went above and beyond in trying to assist getting my line reactivated after it was accidentally disconnected.
Billy stayed 20 minutes after close trying to resolve my issues and Savenia didn't hesitate in cutting her break short after I returned later in the day after she had assisted me earlier.
Both these associates and store were amazing over the 2 days that I was in their store trying to sort out customer service issues and reconnect my line”

“I had to get new hearing aids and I wasn't able to pair them to my phone. I originally went to the Cricket store on Ridge Rd near Hudson, that guy wasn't any help at all. But the store on Norton, the man there was incredible! His name was Josh, he spent probably 1hr trying everything he knew to get it to pair and nothing worked. I really needed to get the app to work, so I decided to get a new phone. Josh set it all up, transfered everything over, then helped me to pair the hearing aids whiched worked! I was thrilled. I think Josh definitely went above and beyond in helping me. He was very polite, had patience, and a great sense of humor. He was very entertaining lol. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you Josh! I am so happy that I can finally use my hearing aids with my phone! Very grateful! Cricket you have a good man there!”

“My experience at ATT on Ridge Road in Webster NY was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I arrived to the store less than 30 mins before closing, after my phone had fallen on a metal object and the screen shattered. The store manager Ivanka was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond/exceeded all possible expectations to help me. She was able to not only provide me with a new phone, but ensured that both myself and all of my family members had the best deal possible through ATT with regard to pricing, plans, service, insurance, and more. She helped me choose and set up my new device, up to and including a new screen protector and phone case. She also spent a great deal of time speaking with me, the online ATT support team, and both my husband and my mother on speaker phone (twice each) to ensure our plan was set up optimally and correctly. She ensured I knew exactly what to do for next steps and for billing, and set up follow-up plans in the future to make sure everything goes according to plan. At the end of the day she stayed 2.5 hours past store closing to provide my family and me with top-notch service. I cannot recommend Ivanka and this store enough!”
