“I needed a car due to being in a car accident. The location on Genesee and Cheektowaga not at the airport was absolutely amazing. The first rental that I had was not working for me. I called and was able to trade out the vehicle. The man who helped me was absolutely amazing and kind. Unfortunately I was not able to get his name. He made sure everything was taken care of and was absolutely amazing. I am very grateful for being able to have given a reliable car that worked. Even with the concerns with the first vehicle they were able to find a day that worked and trade me into the vehicle that I felt more comfortable with driving.

The management staff and agents here will bend over backwards to make it right. There's definitely a difference with this location vs others in the area. “I have had 2 great experiences renting from Tom at this location. He knows how to manage difficult situations with poise and professionalism.
I made my reservation through the Enterprise app, and paid in person. Tom walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was happy throughout my rental. At drop off, I was checked out and on my way quickly.
The Enterprise app worked seamlessly with the in-branch system, which isn't always the case. My vehicle was ready, clean and in great condition when I arrived to pick it up. Even the branch itself was tidy and clean, with large windows at its storefront letting in heaps of sunlight. As smooth as the whole rental was, it wouldn't have been the same without Tom running the show. He won Enterprise a customer!”

“I often need to rent vehicles from this location and have yet to be let down. They have a wide variety of vehicles onsite. Tuesday, was there picking up a vehicle for work travel and was able to witness the outstanding customer service provided in a very high stress interaction. The associate politely educated and humored the customer although from what I witnessed, the customer was wrong. I could appreciate the associate keeping his cool and adhering to company policy without being rude or condescending.”
“We used Cedar Bus Co for our wedding in Buffalo a few weeks ago. They were on time, easy to work with (Patty was great with communicating via email prior to the event), and even wait for guests at the church who were hanging around a bit longer”
“Pick up the car from Avis Buffalo. It was fast and car was ready before I arrived. Bruce is a cool guy he gifted toy to my small kid which he enjoyed during long drive to boston.

“This is my go to spot for rentals. I hate the air port and other spots. Bruce is always very professional greets you when you walk in…makes for a good easy experience. Can’t forget about Vinny and Frank, they also make the rental experience an easy one and have always been helpful with any problems if any. The young man who cleans out the cars James is also very nice. The Whole Main Street team is awsome. Iv seen reviews of people saying they are rude I’m sure it was definitely the customer who was rude. IV NEVER HAD AN ISSSUE AND IV BEEN RENTING CARS FROM THIS LOCTION OVER 10 yrs. More frequently recently and I’ll send anyone their way. You can’t be rude to people in customer service and expect customer service to not be rude back, the customer isn’t always right!”
“Very pleased with the length of time it took and how everything was back in place. No new windshield wiper blades needed. Did getvtge windshield repellent. Since we're in our rainy season i can say it is working really well.”

“Without spending an absolute fortune on a room that you're probably only going to be in for a few hours before your flight from buffalo airport, this hotel has just what you need. Comfortable beds, very clean, airport shuttle and a McDonalds just across the lot to grab your coffee. Just a note that renovations were being done at this time so no complimentary breakfast was available.”
“I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant to book here after reading some of the negative feedback, but my experience could not have been more different.
I booked a Standard Elite SUV online, paid upfront, and used Fastbreak. When I arrived at the Buffalo airport, I skipped the main counter and went straight downstairs to the rental booth. The woman working the booth was absolutely awesome—incredibly friendly, efficient, and welcoming.
They didn't have a Standard Elite SUV available on the lot, so she upgraded me on the spot to a Full-Size Premium SUV—a brand-new Chevy Suburban. The vehicle was pristine and extremely clean inside and out.
From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. I am so glad I chose Budget for this trip!”
“Dollar rental exceeded my expectations, the car was very clean and smelled good. It drove very well and was easy to navigate. Had nice amenities such as heated seats and a big camera and computer for navigation. Plenty of space for my luggage and children.
One problem was the speakers would randomly shut off when I would try to use different apps on my phone and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it unless I turn off the vehicle and reconnected. So that was disappointing.
Besides that, the vehicle and customer service was excellent”

“When we arrived the counter was very busy. Staff called out for Gold Members which was a surprise and I was able to skip ahead and taken care of very quickly. What a wonderful perk! The agent was very friendly. Definitely will use Hertz again.
6/1. Update - I have reached out to Hertz regarding my bill as I neglected to look at it in our Rush. (Lesson learned) I reached out because the fee of $36 and it was more than I was told when I specifically asked if there was a charge form the car he offered. He said no. Not until I got back home did I realize there was an up charge. I didn’t check as I believed the staff member. I inquired about the charges and received a reply about the $36 3rd party charge which I am fine on paying but feel I should have been given a refund in the difference. I have inquired again and am anxious to see what their decision will be but lesson learned ! Hope they do the right thing and refund me. Stay tuned !

I was contacted by Ops Manager and she quickly responded and resolved the issue. This company definitely values its customers and it pays to reach out and be heard. Renewed faith in this company and definitely will rent from Hertz again.”
