Unfortunately my phone (under warranty) stopped working due to a defective battery issue and Keenan helped me to problem solve the process in ways I was unable to due to the stress of the issue. It was a frustrating process of accessing customer service with no ability to use my phone and also trying to coordinate a fix (at another location) or decide on a replacement.
I will be forever grateful for Keenan’s willingness to help me with an issue that was not connected to sales but his dedication to simply help a customer who was struggling with a problem. He helped to communicate to other staff to anticipate how to help (this was a multiple day process) and to top this off, he followed up after my replacement was working by calling to check to make sure everything went smoothly.
In addition to Keenan’s help, another staff, Tyler, aided me in the process of getting my replacement phone up and running which was complicated due to errors customer service made in the replacement process. Both gentlemen were patient with the errors others made, bent over backwards with genuine kindness and assisted a customer who was paying only the cost of a deductible for a defective product. For me this was not a simple little ‘fix’ and the way Tyler and Keenan helped me, they renewed my faith in humanity in a really challenging week.
I am a customer of Verizon because of the incredible customer service from this store and the staff at this location consistently over the years.”

J.J. greeted me as soon as I entered the store and took care of me in a way that made me feel like a family meneber, even though we had never met, before. Honest, Trustworthy, and Highly Recommended!
I brought two phones with damaged displays to East Star Wireless: a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and a brand-new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra that hadn't even been activated yet.
After a quick look at the S25 Ultra, the technician told me he could fix it for free. Within seconds, he removed the screen protector — and to my surprise, the phone display underneath was completely undamaged.
I had no idea a cracked screen protector could make a phone display appear broken or affect how it functions.
A dishonest repair shop could have easily charged me $300+ for a screen replacement, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. But East Star Wireless was upfront and completely honest.
Thanks to their integrity, I’m not out hundreds of dollars — and I now have a fully functioning phone.
I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend their services.

“I stopped by Boost Mobile today! I saw on Facebook they were doing an event. Visit with Santa and they were handing out free toys! We took our 2 year old daughter! It truly was so so nice! She has talked about it all day! Is was so great! It truly was. I was worried pulling in they would try to pitch us. Which I would if totally understood if they did. But they let us enjoy the time with our daughter! And visit with Santa. Gave her a free toy! It was awesome. All the staff was amazingggg!! Truly amazing!
