“There's no way that this store & the Mayfield Heights store are the same company. Tierra was wonderful. She listened without cutting me off. She couldn't solve my problem but got her manager in no time flat who also couldn't help. However she was able to get someone from corporate on the phone with me in minutes. Unfortunately, that guy kept talking over me also but finally put his supervisor, Curtis, on the phone who stopped talking & listened & said oh you're right there shouldn't be a downpayment on anything that's free. Thank you Tiera & Curtis for solving my problem. I hope you both get raises, promotions or at least acknowledged for retaining a 13 year customer. Guess I spoke too soon. Curtis was supposed to call at 4:30 to complete the correction, it's 5:06 & no Curtis. We'll see what next months phone bill looks like.”

“My rep “MJ” was awesome. Attentive. He did what tech coach told me “only a corporate store can do.” Which was another 30 mins away. He handled my needs meticulously and made sure my phone was active on my way out. Thanks MJ, will be sending any sale that comes my way to you.”

“I just stopped by the office to sort out a billing issue, and I was helped by a wonderful woman named Roxana J. She assisted me with great kindness and patience, despite my limited English, and she managed to resolve my issue. Please don’t hesitate to promote her if the opportunity arises, as she knows exactly how to handle customers. I would have given her 10 stars if I could, just for her. Thank you again, Roxana J, for your hospitality. GEA.”

“As an older, less technologically sophisticated member of the public I am reluctant to update my phone. But it was Time the model I wanted could only be delivered and I attempted to Activate the phone by myself. I encountered all kinds of troubles and was very frustrated. I went into the store and worked with Nick who got the phone activated and Randall who fine-tuned the service and plan. They both did extraordinary jobs. I was very happy.”

“I had an excellent experience with Spectrum thanks to Bruce, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and efficient. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. What I thought would take much longer was completed in no time—Bruce clearly knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and customer-focused. If Bruce worked for me, I’d promote him without hesitation. He’s a true asset to Spectrum, and his exceptional service deserves recognition. Highly recommend both Spectrum and Bruce for their outstanding customer care!”
