“There's no way that this store & the Mayfield Heights store are the same company. Tierra was wonderful. She listened without cutting me off. She couldn't solve my problem but got her manager in no time flat who also couldn't help. However she was able to get someone from corporate on the phone with me in minutes. Unfortunately, that guy kept talking over me also but finally put his supervisor, Curtis, on the phone who stopped talking & listened & said oh you're right there shouldn't be a downpayment on anything that's free. Thank you Tiera & Curtis for solving my problem. I hope you both get raises, promotions or at least acknowledged for retaining a 13 year customer. Guess I spoke too soon. Curtis was supposed to call at 4:30 to complete the correction, it's 5:06 & no Curtis. We'll see what next months phone bill looks like.”
“This Verizon store in Twinsburg, OH is one of my favourites to visit. Staff is knowledgeable and work together to offer their customers the best options. Sometimes the wait can be up to an hour, but staff has always acknowledged the waiting customers during that time. Good deals on phones and other electronics.”

“Had my watch go crazy and die...so they took a look at it,put in a claim for me, since i did not have insurance, i was charged 20 dollars for a service charge prety much..it was a better option than shipping it and risking it would end up "lost" in route WITHOUT insurance...and down time..so having the store so close was a BIG plus because i was able to exchange it a week later after it arrived and i was able to get back to the store...overall very happy i was able to get a replacement watch 5 pro by SAMSUNG.Fast service, friendly customer care...phones on site, easy payments...credit checks”

“I dealt with a sweet young lady named Ava she’s a beautiful lil thing and extremely helpful Ive been to at least a dozen stores tmobile stores in the last year or so and none have offered me the S tier customer service I got dealing with Ava she was able to get me a watch for free and made my bill cheaper. Also did I mean took she’s easy on the eyes?”
