“The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is truly worth every penny to stay here. The staff greet you like your royalty. The check in process was smooth as silk. We went from the lobby to our room in not time. Now, the room got my blood pumping! Views, views, VIEWS! I’ve never seen this many views of downtown Cleveland. The in room dining was worth the wait, and the wait wasn’t long. We were traveling with our dog, and every staff member greeted him as of he were paying the bill. We loved every minute of the attention. The saddest part of this adventure was leaving, but we will definitely be back to the Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland. Thanks everyone there for their hospitality, professional and courteous way they treated every member of our family (especially our fur baby). ;)”

“Nice facility. Not quite a 5 star in my assessment because, 1 my room did not have a desk, 2. check in did not welcome me as a Titanium customer, nor was I given benefits information regarding the breakfast or whether I wanted points instead. 3 did not receive room service or notice I wasn’t getting one. 4 dining service was inconsistent. Still giving them a 4 star because facility is very nice and well-kept, their GYM is the best I have seen at any hotel anywhere in the world, and check out process was super kind. Check out the grocery store next door to the hotel, go to the bakery area and look up! Amazing building. I noticed that in the room there is decoration photography of this building next door. Their ice cream at the grocery store is top notch, even on a Cleveland February cold day. Cheers.”

“A great hotel connected by skyways to the Cleveland Clinic.Rooms: Rooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed, with good beds and nice sheets.Safety: It's connected to the hospital and medical office buildings by enclosed skyways, so walking alone to visit patients anytime day or night is safe.Walkability: The system of skyways provides a good way to get exercise and is even marked for distance.Food & drinks: Restaurant 45, the hotel restaurant and bar, is excellent and a dining destination in itself. Also, the room service menu is extensive.”
“Extremely nice hotel in a nice quiet area within walking distance to everything you need. I stay at this hotel one night every week. Comfort Suites in Brunswick is the nicest hotel I've stayed at and I stay at a lot of hotels due to being away from home for work. Jean always makes the checkin process fast and easy. She is always very friendly and full of information about the hotel, the breakfast, and places you may like to visit in the area. The rooms are exceptionally nice and clean. The breakfast area is always kept clean and well stocked with a great variety of hot and cold foods. If I could give this place 6 stars I definitely would.”

“Very clean, great location. When we booked we didn't realize it was part of the Christmas Story situation, we just wanted a clean place to stay. The next morning there were crowds right outside our window to tour the house next door. So if you don't like that don't stay here but otherwise a great experience. The inn across the street is delicious and convenient for grabbing a late night drink or food.”
“The Motel 6 Richfield staff were very professional and were great to work with. They were always very accommodating and serviced the room daily . Their prices are excellent the housekeepers were very professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend them to anyone needing a place to stay that have pets.”

“The staff was great and the kids loved it The kids got some fun books, we all colored pages for the hotel contest and the candy sales at the front desk made our adventure outing that day more fun. The pool is great and the breakfast is hard to beat we all had fun with the pancake machine.Food & drinks: Huge breakfast and the juice, fruit and hot drinks are available 24/7.”
“I enjoyed my stay; however, my room could have been a little cleaner. The reason for my score is that housekeeping could have done a more thorough job of cleaning the room. I have to say the staff ALL that I came in contact with were pleasant, especially front desk attendant Latasha. She made me feel welcome every night I was there. The hospitality she displayed was remarkable. I love that the hotel has parking lot security watching over your vehicle at night; it made me feel at ease. The location was perfect—just a mile or so from downtown and not far from restaurants. I would continue to stay here on my visits to Cleveland.Rooms: I enjoyed my room; the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the blinds closing made it DARK so I could sleep in. It has an iron and ironing board and a refrigerator in the room.Safety: I didn't worry about my safety at all. They have security in the parking lot at night.Walkability: You could walk if you please; however, the mass transit RTA Cleveland Clinic lines stop right in front of the hotel and will take you directly downtown in the matter of minutes.”

“Stayed on the 4th floor, had a clean room and comfortable furnishings. Super friendly front desk and the cleaning crew is thorough and punctual. We visited the restaurant once for the breakfast buffet and again for a late drink, excellent on both visits. I will stay here again next time I'm in town.”
“Our room had no ventilation, was covered in mold, was damp, dirty, and smelled musty for obvious reasons. Ceiling covered in mold, shower curtain moldy which shows it hasnt been changed in ages, even mold growing on furniture. Couldn't find remote which we later found under the bed but didn't retrieve because it was gross under there. Hair and toenail clippings all over that were not ours and were there at arrival. I've attached a lot of pictures and videos so that they couldn't dismiss this in the comments like they did with other reviews. I could care less about it being so dated if it weren't covered in mold. It didn't grow overnight so they are obviously aware and just dont care. Pay more and go somewhere nicer. I only stayed because I was at an event and didn't have options.”

“Alice (front desk) is a true professional. She offered us eclipse glasses and suggested the optimal location for us to watch the total eclipse. Alice should be the role model for other front desk personnel! The room was simple and nice, overlooking Lake Erie and the Cleveland Guardians stadium. Perfect location within walking distance to many restaurants, baseball, football, and The Flats. “Didn't stay at the hotel but enjoyed the buffet breakfast here! I think the price is reasonable and much lower than many other 4-star hotels (and considering that the same price might give you just one plate of food at many other places), and the quality/selection was definitely better than limited service brands such as Fairfield, Residence Inn, Hampton Inn, etc. Lots of frush fruits, which was a plus. Plus, the interior architecture just outside of the restaurant is amazing and well worth a stop.”

I booked a suite online but when I arrived I was told no suites were available so I ended up having to pay for 2 rooms for my family of 5. I was offered free valet for the first night due to the inconvenience but not for the other nights of our stay.”

“I mean, you get what you pay for right? This hotel was not the best, heck it was not even half good--but the excellent breakfast, coffee always available, easy parking and the wonderful staff made up for it. The bed was nothing special but was clean. Bathroom small but was clean. Large room and small tv. Lobby super clean and breakfast area was well maintained and kept clean. The ladies we saw all weekends were super nice, funny and engaged in conversation with us in a fun manner.”
