The service has been excellent and the devices, save one, have performed flawlessly. When we received one hotspot that wouldn't connect Mobile Beacon tech support instructed me to go to a Sprint store, log on to their free wifi and reboot the device. I followed their instructions fully ready to lambast them for sending me on a wild goose chase! To my surprise, the device rebooted and worked perfectly. “I have had T Mobile for over a decade. Recently we upgraded our plan and we went to a different store. That store was a retailer not this store but I wish I had. Mistakes were and customer service at tmobile was atrocious. Over the course of 2 weeks and phone calls totaling close to 6 hours and no follow through from T mobile customer service reps I came to this store as a last option. Chris Brown and the manager of store Cris jumped on the phone with tmobile, resolved the situation and made sure everything was handled properly. They finally resolved the situation. I am staying with T Mobile bc of these two and the only location I'll ever do business with is here. Thank you both. From someone who works in sales you both are top notch in resolution and customer service.”
