I was having issues with the data usage on my phone not connecting with my apps. My iMessages & FaceTime weren’t recognizing my phone number. Mario was able to identify an issue with my SIM card, was able to navigate AT&T processes to fix the issue within my family plan, and then helped with an upgrade. Not only did he identify the root cause of my problem quickly & efficiently, he also offered really great advice and opinions on phone upgrades and streamlined the process to make it the best possible experience. He hooked it up.
This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had going in to a phone store with any kind of issue. Both Mario & his other coworker were incredibly friendly, understanding, & helpful. Even if this location is a bit further away than others close to you, it is 100% worth the trip for the level of service you’ll receive.

Selection was great, and as much as I would love to gatekeep them for their amazing selection the guy working there today was so friendly and helpful that I had to share! He was assisting another family when I came in but still greeted me warmly and offered me help after they left. 100% authentic Labubus, definitely check it out!!”

After my wife had the black screen of death and she got a new phone from Verizon insurance, and after the person transferring the data didn't do it correctly, we went to this store, which was the only one that was open!! “Visited Cellular Mobile Service today on Putnam Pike.
I was locked out of my phone and in a panic...I'm at that age where technology and I are often arch enemies! To the point, as soon as I walked in the store I was met with a friendly smile and a demeanor that suggested my problem was going to be handled confidently.
Dave , in no time, identified the issue and fixed it. Dave is a very knowledgeable and trained technician and I was fortunate to have benefitted from his professionalism. His fellow.associate Jay was equally courteous. Who ever the owner is at Cellular Mobile ( Putnam Pike location) is, i truly hope he appreciates the valuable assets he has in these two gentlemen. Because of this seemingly small exchange, my husband and I are spreading the word to anyone who has need of phone service whether it be repair, phone sales, phone service plans they are your " go to".
Looking forward to doing more business ...Dave took away my anxiety about dealing with cell phone matters and replaced it with trust in great service. Go there before anywhere else. Should be a choice for more than 5 stars!!!”
“Quick fast service if you cannot get a phone through a traditional phone service this is the place for you my son got a phone we were in and out within 30 minutes very very busy so do plan your visit as it could take up to an hour all you need is a bank card to receive a phone on credit with a 50-$120 deposit”

Instead of doing what any store would have done and sold me a phone I didn't need, the owner took the time to clean my charger port out. Now my phone works like new. “My husband and I recently upgraded our phones at the Smithfield Crossing location. Usually a complicated ordeal but the Manager Danny was excellent, made the experience easy and as quick as possible. Another employee Jay was also very helpful. On a follow up quick visit Precious was helpful too. Obviously good management is why the store has greatly improved. Danny was pleasant, accommodating and friendly, we spoke to him about his photography talent. The prices on screen protectors, covers and chargers were overpriced.”

“I really usually hate coming to this location the people that are usually there just make you not want to be there && only go when I’m tired to don’t feel like traveling further and it’s close by ..but I went there wed night . When Ashley was working . I had to switch my daughters line to another phone after she broke hers. There was only one person when I got there && within minutes the store filled with 5 more & Ashley was the only one there and it was about an hour to til closing . She was so friendly and helpful to every single customer . She really went above and beyond and made my whole experience great , since I wasn’t happy mt daughter broke her phone to begin with . I've often seen some filling carriages with sneakers. So many that 'I' assumed they were going to be sold on eBay to make a profit. I love it. But not the crowds.”

“The Providence Mall T-Mobile store manager, Barbara and the store staff are the most respectful people that you could find in the T-Mobile stores around Rhode Island. I bought a phone from a store on bald Hill in Warwick and I wanted to return it back, but the Rep in the store did not want to help me he just didn’t care. I called costumer care and They lead me to the store in Providence Place Mall. These guys are amazing. You can trust them and you can definitely come here to buy from them rather than going to stores that will not help you when running into a problem in the future.
