“I have been going to this location for years. They are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Good overall atmosphere.
I drive quite a bit further to get to this location, than I would if I were to go to the Autozone that is just down the street. But the overall difference in the two stores is so huge, that I drive right past that Autozone and go to this store.
And the quality of thevmerchandise is far superior at Orielly's, as compared to the other.
I fully recommend this store. And I was in the automotive service business for over 30 years, so I absolutely know what I'm talking about.”

“Just popped in to pick up some owheel cleaner and tire shine. The store was well stocked with Meguiars products that I love. There were plenty of other various brands to choose from also. It was easy to locate what I wanted as the store was clean and organized.
Staff was friendly and bilingual. There was a line of people, but staff was able to get them through along with handling phone calls all at the same time. Great location with plenty of parking.”

“If they don't have it you don't need it. Sort of. I was referred to them years ago from a lamp store in Plano when they didn't have the light blub needed for end table. They had it and I went back again to get replacement blubs as needed. Latest need was interior light for kitchen appliance which mfg did not have. I called them and explained problem and they said text us photos of blub and we will check it out. A day or so later they called back with possible substitute but not the exact same blub. I passed on their suggestion as I want to get what the mfg uses. I appreciate the extra effort to serve a customer just not this time for a unique. I will keep them on the short list for the end table blubs.”

“The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is due to manager Chuy's amazing service and his help with my battery.
Some context: I bought a battery from o'reillys in January. It stopped holding a charge just now (August), so I had to use my roadside service for a jumpstart. They tested my battery and told me it needed replacing. I went to o'reillys right away. The employee tested it and told me it was definitely not the battery, even though I told him about the other test. He said they probably used a different system for testing (???) So he refused to replace the battery and told me it was probably the starter. Ok. So I scheduled a mechanic for the next morning. Had to use my last roadside call only to be told me AGAIN that it was the battery. At this point, I was really worried that the same guy would be there and refuse to honor the warranty and replace my battery. Imagine my relief when Chuy replaced my battery without issue, with friendly service and a can do attitude. Brightened up my whole mood. I wish Chuy had been there yesterday, because then I would not have had to call out of work today and use my last roadside service call. He is awesome. 5 stars for Chuy, 0 stars for that clueless other guy who cost me extra time and money.”
