“Mini of Richmond has wonderful cars. But most of all they have excellent service. They listen and listen again until they know what your car needs! My Mini Cooper pulled to the left and had an odd sounding noise! (Pretty vague, I admit). The service techs aligned my car perfectly, and balanced and rotated the tires. A few test drives during all this resulted in my car coming back to me like it was new! Thank you Mini Service for doing things right! Excellence is so valuable these days!”

“I have only had my car repaired one or two other times previously, but this by far was the best experience by far. I had my car towed here after it was stolen at the suggestion by my insurance. The staff was in constant communication to keep me updated on how my car was coming along and were always willing to answer any questions I might have.
My car was returned to me in excellent condition in a short manner of time. Being that I work five days a week and need to commute back and forth, I could not be more grateful for that.
