“I’m so happy that they opened a branch near my house. I’ve been here many times always had a good experience. Great customer service. The staff is very friendly and efficient.My only complaints are that parking is limited and sometimes can get very crowded. There is no drive-through however, the plus is that they have a coin counting machine which is very rare.Today’s visit I worked with Dayvon he was very nice, extremely patient with me and assisted me through all my questions. (I visit for no reason at times just because they kickstart my day with a smile). Jamie, Elvis,Ana,Trang and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and respectful and very fast to help their customers with their accounts if locked or overcharged for any reason. I would highly recommend this branch for those in the area or just passing through. 5stars for A 5 start team!”
“I had to come here to make a deposit on a Saturday because my Dad is old school and doesn't use apps like PayPal. There was one person in line and one teller. Still, an officer person promptly took me and handled my transaction. I realize it could've been busier but it was a stark contrast to the nine person line the PNC branch I had left and just the customer service was on a different level of good. Like pre-pandemic level. I can't speak to this bank in anymore detail as I don't belong to it but for an outside customer, it definitely gave me a good impression.”

“9/23/22 On 9/20/22 I stopped by this bank for the first time. I have seen people coming in and out of this place for years since I moved to Virginia. To think this use to be a Wachovia Bank at one point in time. Yes, a name many people might have forgotten. The bank wasn't very busy when I arrived. I was pressed for time due to my break ending, but I had to see if this bank had credit card sleeves/protectors. One woman was doing something Anna here teller window was closed. The other teller was counting money for a customer. The one person ahead of me had something going on and taking to much time. Again, I was pressed for time. The office had a unhidden office space while the other office spaces had walls around them for more privacy. This was on the left hand side. Chairs for the more serious matters than depositing or withdrawing money are on the right hand side. The man and teller were still going about their business and I was running short on time. All of a sudden Princess Leia and I suspected she might be able to help seeing how strong the force is with her. Leia...I mean Princess Leia, did not seem to to understand what Credit Sleeves/Protectors were so her quick answer to me is big fat no. Pitty, several other banks...no... financial institutions did not have these items either. Looks like I will order off of Amazon.”

“Everyone who works here is so friendly! This particular location is located on the first floor of 8115 Gatehouse Rd. I don't like that you have to park in a parking garage to go to the bank, but it's better than not having a bank nearby at all! It can be tricky finding the place. Get off on floor 1* and go toward a hallway that has a bunch of framed portraits (I think its photos of school district members or something. It'll be all the way down that hallway.”

“It was a hectic Friday morning, and my Son and I called the day before to make an appointment for notary services. We spoke to Mr. Juan and Mr. Jeffrey to confirm the time. As a disabled senior citizen, it would have been somewhat hard for me to go inside with my heavy duty wheelchair. Mr. Juan and Mr. Jeffrey went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best customer service and accommodations. They offered to assist us by coming to meet us in the parking lot and open the door for us. When we got there, they politely greeted us and proceeded to help me with banking and notary services. Mr. Juan stood out in the cold to assist me - even though it wasn't required for him to do so. It was, by far, the most wonderful customer experience that I've received anywhere. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to do business with a bank, to come to the Jefferson Village Wells Fargo branch. The service is exceptional and you'll always get a smile when doing banking business there. I believe Mr. Juan and Mr. Jeffrey deserve top award honors for their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing great customer service.
