“To COX Management: I want you to know what a valuable employee you have. I had the pleasure of have one of your field representatives (Vitalii ****** come to my home and FIX a TV problem that had been going off and on for over 3 months. This is after many phone calls and 2 other technicians coming out. He gave his business care and said for me to call if I had any further issues. Well, today I called him with what turned out to be a minor issue. It was even his day off! He walked me thru the problem in about 5 minutes. (Which probably would haven taken at least 45 mins. to even get someone on the phone and most likely would have had to dispatch a service tech, a couple of days later). I definitely give Vitalii 5 stars! Cathie ******”

He also took time to explain the benefits of giving T-mobile internet service a try. he set up everything for me so that i could just plug it in at home. I noticed while waiting another salesman patiently trying to find a solution for another customer who really didn’t know how to explain her iCloud problem however he was very helpful and professional.”

“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is always a wait time no matter what time I came but once it's your turn to be assisted you understand why there's a wait, the associates are very hands on and attentive and made sure i was happy. I didn't intend to spend any money but I knew I would b offered something and I was mad at it at all, the sales pitch wasn't pushy or anything and a great deal was worked out and I left with a new free phone, which I needed anyway”
“I went into T-Mobile on University blvd with a load of paperwork. I was at my wits end trying to get the receipt proving I paid my device off with Verizon. Tink (management) showed me all the things I needed to show, even highlighted the important parts and told me to get on the phone right away, As I was on a time crunch. I did so and within 15 minutes, my nightmare was solved. I owe it to Tink!! She was my savior today! ?”
“Huge shoutout to the manager, Fletcher, and sales associate, Tyler. They provided some of the best retail service I’ve ever experienced. They handled a complex account issue with ease and made sure I walked out with the phones I wanted. Fletcher even went to another store to grab the stock we needed, and Tyler stayed in constant communication to keep me informed on the progress. Highly recommend this location!
