The collars I have from 2015 are just as beautiful and strong as my recently purchased. I machine wash, air dry, and we are good to go. I have gsd's, so you know they are rough on their collars. These collars have no problem keeping up! Plus, they are made in the USA. Ms. Bones, thank you for making such a stylish and tough collar!

The store is more like a petting zoo from the rabbits and other small animals right inside the door to the open bird section.
The fish area is awesome and carries a crazy selection.
This is the only place I’ve been that you can watch a stingray, pufferfish, or axlotle eat worms out of the caretakers hand.
Definitely a one of a kind pet store experience.

I like that their washing stations are enclosed, so my pup won't get distracted by other dogs. Additionally, the stalls are so clean! They have everything you need to wash your dog, including shampoo, and brushes, plus a blow dryer/towels to dry your dog off. It is priced by the size of the dog, so I paid $15, which is a great price in my opinion!

Sterling Meadows Kennel and Cattery
3756 Indian River Rd, Virginia BeachSterling Meadows is the perfect place for our pup, Mika. In the past, she didnt do well at other boarding facilities and refused to eat. When we took her to Sterling Meadows, the staff was professional, friendly, and listened as I explained that Mika has a very hard time adjusting when we leave her at boarding facilities. They explained that they'd keep me informed if any issues arose. After a few days, a staff member called me and said that Mika was adjusting well, however she wasn't eating all of her food. They asked if I'd be ok if they sat with her and hand fed her...which I really appreciated. After that, Mika grew very comfortable with the staff and had no issues eating. Everyday we received pictures of Mika playing, which definitely allowed us to relax more while on vacation. We asked to have Mika bathed prior to picking her up. When we picked her up, I had never seen her fur so white and clean, and nearly all of her shedding undercoat was gone! It was the best bath/grooming she'd ever had! I just can't say enough good things about the friendly, attentive staff and the quality of care they provide for our furry friends. We'll be taking Mika to Sterling Meadows from now on!

She did a French poodle cut on him even though he is a Golden doodle. Short trim on him as he is being prepared for the hot summer that is coming soon. He looks so handsome and I wasn’t ready for the shorten haircut but I got used to it. Price was reasonable with a discounted rate . Bear is returning in 2 months for a follow up trim.

They were able to squeeze me in on an emergency basis and tried everything they could to save my dogs eye. Unfortunately they did have to end up surgically removing it. I did have concerns during the healing process and there was always a doctor on call to answer my questions and they all seem like they really cared. The surgical site healed beautifully. Everyone here seems very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. My dog needed extra care during the procedure and they made sure everything was done correctly before doing the surgery

I already have several rescued animals and needed to start saving more on vet costs. Therefore, I have been going to cheap shot clinics for his needs. This is the best one that I've been to. It's seamless. You show up, check in on your phone and even if you don't have a car, they have a waiting room for you to sit in. You don't have to just stand in the aisles of a store in a long line. They come out, talk to you and give your pet his/her shots/deworming treatments. Then, you get checked out and go on your way. It's great. Prices are fair. This is the cat that went...his name is Perseus and he is the friendliest feral I have ever met.

He was super depressed and anxious. I’d never seen him like this before. So he started visiting Ruff House this week for daycare and after the 2nd visit, he started getting excited in the mornings when I was heading to work (like he had a routine now and was expecting to go to daycare). Guess it’s gonna be a thing now since it seems to make him happy. He’s still not his super derpy and playful self, but he’s healing and getting better, and that’s all that matters. The food, the service, the chef, the sommelier, and the atmosphere were all top tier. The waitstaff doesn’t just make sure their assigned tables are okay, they check on you whether they are your waiter or not. The head chef is extremely talented and has a great sense of humor and personality. My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our table right near the chef’s area.
I ordered the scallop & lobster trio with caviar, which I highly suggest if you want to go all out! My mom had the salmon with crispy skin, better than Hell’s Kitchen (sorry Gordon… I love you!)
To sum things up: I have very high standards, and I felt like a VIP on my birthday. The table setup, the attention from all the staff, everything was exceptional. You know a restaurant is legit when they have an actual baker in the kitchen who focuses on nothing but desserts! My three-tier carrot cake with homemade cream cheese icing was the most decadent dessert I’ve ever tasted.

1033 Independence Blvd, Virginia BeachI recently moved to the VA. Beach area and I've been on the hunt during my Doordashing for my new "goto" spots. I've picked up and delivered 2x and both times this establishment was brimming with activity, so I decided, I needed to pay a visit. The Egg Bistro has definitely made the cut!!! I asked the waiter Jay, if he would encourage the cook to put his whole foot in my corned beef hash, let me tell you something, that cook broke off a leg with the foot attached!!! The fresh corned beef first passed the test because it wasn't canned, and second because it was cooked with onion and served like someone in the kitchen cared!!! Jay gave impeccably impressive service, I'm hoping he becomes a manager sometime soon because his customer service skills and attention to detail were on point. He is a bright addition to the bright warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. Reasonable pricing, the food is excellent and the service even better!! EGG BISTRO I WILL BE BACK!!!

211 25th St, Virginia BeachThe places was clean and the gentleman at the counter was welcoming, I ordered a large pizza with half cheese and the other half pepperoni and some fries and they food came out cooked good and it tasted delicious. I would recommend this if you’re in the Virginia Beach area!

Well 100 out of 10 the food was amazing and as far as the service a shout out to ours Maddy was her name. Very attentive but not hovering . Very professional, very polite. It gives a very warm and invitingly comfortable atmosphere. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Would definitely recommend and will be going back .

1253 Nimmo Pkwy Suite 117, Virginia BeachWhat a cozy, upscale gem! Walking in, you're greeted by a hostess & the beautiful display of decor. The location is on the smaller side, but feels accommodating to larger party sizes. The parking is open and ample. Let me say, the rewards are worth signing up for! Firebrew has wine on tap which I thought was pretty cool. You could come in dressed to the 9 or in sweats and they'd treat you the exact same, full focus prized on you & making your experience there special. Now the good, good! The FOOD! Impeccable. When I say yum with every bite, I mean- jaw dropped open, felt it through my entire body, YUM! I'll say, I'm never overly impressed with food. But this place, hats off to the chef! The Mac and cheese is gooey, creamy and generous in portion size. The sandwich I got is a delicious fancy grilled cheese hugged with cranberry bread which may sound a little odd at first but it gave a gentle sweetness to every crunchy bite. My mouth is watering while writing this review. Also listed was the risotto I had paired with the grilled cheese on another visit (it was so good, I got the grilled cheese twice in a row) which was also delicious & comforting to be paired with! My friend & I split the flight, of in house fruity mimosas, truly, not my favourite option here- but still yummy! She also got the steak with mashed potatoes and corn, a classic that she said was decadent & dreamy! If you haven't visited Firebrew, go now, thank me later!

To this day that paw print box with her paw print and photo keep me grounded.

2413 London Bridge Rd, Virginia BeachOne of the coolest places to go to. I was able to have my dog with me while I did karaoke and had a few drinks. They have food for you and your dog as well. A must visit even if you just want to use the dog park. Be sure to have records of your dog's shots though. You have to create an account on the Gingr app first before they will let your dog in.

Hope For Life Rescue
610 Jack Rabbit Rd #3, Virginia BeachWe have adopted 2 wonderful puppies from Hope For Life (Cocoa 03/2021 and Black Orchid (07/2022). Hope For Life is a responsible rescue, interested in putting animals into homes they fit into.
My husband and I, now, volunteer with Hope For Life. He has transported more than 170 animals to the safety of Hope For Life Rescue and the start of a wonderful, new life.
