Mud Bay
1590 NW Gilman Blvd, IssaquahMy dog and I absolutely love Mudbay! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Anytime I have a question or need a recommendation I know I can just call or pop into the store for help. Their employee, Kucera, always greets pets by name, which makes every visit feel so special. They’ve gone above and beyond for us by suggesting great options, checking inventory, and even calling another store just to ensure I could get the exact dog food I needed. I highly recommend coming here over any other pet store!

All The Best Pet Care - Issaquah
690 NW Gilman Blvd, IssaquahI recently visited All The Best for Pets, searching for new food for my puppy, and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from Jim. They went above and beyond, taking the time to read the back of several food bags, explaining the ingredients, and sharing their personal preferences. I've never had such a welcoming and informative experience at any other pet store. Thanks to Jim, we opened an account and All The Best for Pets will definitely be our go-to store from now on!

Pet Care

Meadows Cat Hospital
1480 NW Gilman Blvd #6, IssaquahI’m a little bummed with the prices that are going up so considerably at this clinic but honestly…I stick around cuz the front office staff are always polite, professional and helpful. The vets and their assistants are ALL amazing with my cat Minka..who can be a little temperamental. It’s because of the service and expertise I’m willing to overlook the prices but at a certain time if they co to use to go up I’ll have no choice but to shop for a more affordable vet which will bum me out cuz I really do like the entire staff at Meadows. Plus it’s super close to my house which is a perk cuz Minka HATES car rides and she will literally YOWL the entire 3-5 min drive to her appt. I can’t imagine having to try and endure that with a different vet clinic further away!
Outside the prices (which to be fair…these insane prices seem to be experienced EVERYWHERE. Not just with Meadows) I would still highly recommend this clinic to other cat owners!

Alpine Animal Hospital, A Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner
888 NW Sammamish Rd, IssaquahWe had such a great experience with this vet while taking care of our dog, Blizzy. Everyone was friendly, patient, and made us feel comfortable right away. They took the time to explain things clearly and treated Blizzy with so much care and kindness.
It really meant a lot knowing she was in good hands. We’re so thankful for the great care and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet they can trust!

Cobblestone Animal Hospital
600 NW Gilman Blvd d, IssaquahFrom the moment I made the first call to see if Cobblestone was a good choice for our family I knew they were the one! They not only heard but validated my worries and fears over my senior aging dog. Within 2 minutes had already nicknamed her (her exact nickname I might add!) But they hand picked the perfect exact provider to treat my dog's chronic illnesses but also customize her care to fit my desire for palliative care. Her first appt went amazing and Im blown away by the care and empathy. Such a difference from my previous Internal Med clinic. We matter here!

Owens Equine
10010 238th Way SE, IssaquahDoctor Owen’s is truly one of a kind human. Last month my sweet boy moose was really lethargic one day, we rushed him to the er. He lost so much blood and was sadly diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma. They gave him a double blood transfusion Friday night they said it would give him a few days. We scheduled someone to come to our home Sunday. Sadly he took a turn Saturday afternoon. Many vets suggested Sarah. I called her, she was so nice over the phone. She had prior plans, but offered to go to her home to help us. We took the offer. We rushed moose there, it was so peaceful. Sarah was so compassionate and kind to our situation. Gave us some time with him afterwards alone. I couldn’t have thought of a more peaceful passing for our boy. We miss him dearly every day. Thank you doctor for what you did for our boy.

Annotto Bay Veterinary Clinic
425 Rainier Blvd N #3, IssaquahDr Allen is truly to most caring and friendly vet around. Her staff is fantastic as well.
Going to the vet is never fun for anyone, but she does her best to make both you and your furry family feel at ease. She’ll do everything on the floor with your pup if your pup is too nervous to be on the table. That’s just one of the many things she does. We’ve been going to her for years and honestly can’t imagine going any where else. Even after we moved about an hour away we still go back to her.

Paseo Issaquah
6160 E Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, IssaquahMy favorite is the citrus salad + protein. I usually get it with pulled pork. If I’m trying to go the vegetarian route, I will get the citrus salad with corn, beans, and rice. The portion size is large. If you are in a hurry the service is fast and professional. This location is next door to a Jamba Juice. They have sidewalk patio seating.
The bread pudding I got for dessert was not to soggy, had the right amount of crunch and spring to it. Not to sweet. Could have used more spices.

The Well and Table
317 NW Gilman Blvd #43, IssaquahWe've been customers of Well & Table since it opened. We love the staff, who are always so welcoming and friendly, and the seasonal variety of the dishes offers a unique option for each visit. It's also a great place to take people who have dietary restrictions. We usually sit in the bar and almost always order the bread and butter to start, but last night we shared the Pan-Seared Halibut, and it was delicious. The crudo on top of the fish and the Brussels sprouts added a fresh brightness to the dish. We will be back again soon! (I've posted images of a few other dishes we've tried as well)
