13018 Newcastle Way, NewcastleMy dog was very sick, unable to stand on a Saturday when most vets were closed. I went to Banfield first, they said they were booked solid and couldn't see him until end of day. I begged them as he was very ill and the answer was no. In desperation I found Animal Hospital of Newport Hills open nearby. I showed up bawling my eyes out because my dog was very sick and needed to see a doctor. They were booked too, but doctors at Newport Hills said they would squeeze him in. They saw him, did blood work, reviewed the blood work and sent us home with antibiotics and painkillers and another appointment the following week to discuss next steps. I'm happy to say my dog is feeling better today and able to walk and improving thanks to the doctors at Animal Hospital Newport Hills. I'm sooo great full they cared enough to see my dog they have earned my business and my gratitude! Highly recommend!

When I first arrived, young lady greeted me and as since I was a party of 1 if I wanted to sit at bar, that was a mistake, I sat down, waited a few minutes no one greeted me, no menu, finally I asked the sweet reception gal as she was seating another couple next to me for a menu, her name was Kate, if it wasn't for her demeanor, I think I would have left. I finally was asked if I wanted anything to drink after the other couple was assisted, the bar tender took their order before mine, maybe its because I wasn't drinking?♀️, only water, the other couple had drinks.
I got my food, food was fantastic, to bad it was ruined by the experience. I had to end up asking Kate for my check and she said the bar tender had to cash me out, SMH. I think his name was Christian? Never once did he check on me, asked how my food was,etc. I would definitely go back for the food, just poor service.

5606 119th Ave SE, NewcastleHidden gem in Newcastle! Decided to try this place out for dinner and it blew us away. The pizzas were tasty and the crust was yummy and soft. I normally don’t like eating pizzas because the crust is too heavy or too tough. This crust is soft and fluffy. We ordered the Velvet Green, Space Cowboy and Prosciutto pizzas. All were awesome! We also tried a flight of beers (loved the bicycle, young and hazy ipa and the kolsch) and ended up getting a 32 oz can to bring home. We’ll definitely be coming back here with our friends who also love beer and pizza.
