Communication with staff is easy via email or calling. You can access cameras for dog daycare and it's great seeing the dogs interact. Dogs get a walk during dog day care as well. (Big dogs and small dogs are separated). I trust this facility with my dog because the staff is so helpful and considerate. Huge shout out to Devyn who have been so kind and communicative with my questions. Devyn has been there for every step of the process and I am grateful to have my dog cared by her. Also, to Tony and the other staff there who play and walk with the dogs.

We realized she needed some help as did we. We loved how the owner took time evaluating her issues and got acquainted with her. From the drop off we received reports and were kept up with her training and progress. At trainings end Jessica worked with us explaining how to contine. It was a great experience overall we are very happy. Thank you MTI and Jessica!

Hunkered shyly among the glittering corporate hellscape of Bellevue, this jewel of a coffee shop is a joyful discovery. Baristas are soft-toned, at once reserved and considerate, and they absolutely smash the coffee drinks.
I’ve been here 3-4 times now while waiting through a family member’s medical appointments. While I invariably stand out like a shambling golem in work pants and tar stains, I’ve never been treated with anything but the utmost courtesy.
More importantly, while the food is good, the coffee is aces: rich, deeply flavored, and not at all bitter. I compare every espresso drink to a cafe breve I remember fondly from a street cafe three blocks from the cathedral at Notre Dame. Story Coffee is one of two coffee shops in my embarrassingly long life that have exceeded that standard. Amateur tip: try the cortado. It will not disappoint.
If you care about the quality in your cup, this cafe — despite any post-modern despair caused by location — should be at the top of your list of places to try.
