15100 SE 38th St #305B, BellevueMy Newfie is on her 3rd tidy up groom today. We switched to Pet Evolution because our previous groomer, though amazing and closer to our home, is always booked out. It is easy to book appointments with Pet Evolution as they are fairly new and easy to set appointments with. There's also more competition in this area than the previous one we go to, so people have a variety of places to choose from. Staff are sweet and kind, very welcoming. Our groomer has been the same groomer since she's been coming here, so it's not a revolving door of disgruntled people. In fact, even the front facing crew are always helpful and kind! I love that the place is right beside one of my fave sushi places! There's also a grocery store nearby, so you can do all your errands in one go, very convenient. It takes them around 3 hours to groom and deshed my 120lb Newf, and I believe they charge a reasonable price for the effort. Communication is easy. They also have self serve areas that are kept clean and stocked. It's fairly spacious that you can go around the tub instead of having to reposition your dog all the time. Reasonable rates for that as well. I have zero complaints about this place as you can tell that they genuinely love the animals that roll through their doors.

Our new puppy Georgia is very timid but they always make enough time for her to have breaks and get the care she needs. Yesterday we took them in for a much needed appointment and they saw Annie for the first time. Annie went above and beyond to make sure they both had the style and length that we wanted. We've always been happy with the results from Pawbillion but Annie deserves her own review! The woman behind the desk was very sweet and friendly and, even though it was doggie day care pick-up time and busy, she gave me a full tour of the dog wash room and all the items. I had everything I needed and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

We realized she needed some help as did we. We loved how the owner took time evaluating her issues and got acquainted with her. From the drop off we received reports and were kept up with her training and progress. At trainings end Jessica worked with us explaining how to contine. They had SO many variations of Thai tea; floats, ice creams, desserts and other mixes. I was literally in heaven! I loved that I could choose a green Thai tea with Thai tea ice cream float. I placed my order and got it within minutes so they worked super fast! There is a small seating area outside and I could totally see this place getting very busy. This was a perfect stop to satisfy my caffeine and dessert cravings! Such a unique place and we need more of them!
