The delivery driver Carl was really nice, too. I'll be doing it again soon! Btw, I'm a long time customer of 8+ years. I used to go to the one in Lower Queene Anne before they shut down. I really like the people they hire, how they keep the store looking nice and have a good supply of what me and my doggie need.

At our last visit, I asked for a specific style, and they nailed it. Huge shoutout to Laura for that! He came out looking so cute, and he gets so many compliments when we’re out.
I also really appreciate how neatly they trim the hair around his eyes every time. It keeps everything clean and helps prevent tear stains.
My dog is always happy to go in, which says a lot! Definitely recommend!

They helped me with my senior dog for the twilight years of her life. She was so happy and healthy because of them up until the very end. When her time came, Mercer Island Veterinary Clinic not only gave us her ashes in a gorgeous box, but they also provided a paw print, a letter, and some of her fur in the shape of a heart. They are now some of my most treasured belongings. I tell every pet owner I know about this clinic. Fear free for every pet ?

7655 Sunset Hwy, Mercer IslandDamm I don’t even know how to explain about this place hidden Gem but this food is extremely phenomenal flavors; their rice and beans cooked to perfection their tacos are super Dank not soggy tortillas like another places where it falls at parts, here the meat is well seasoned and you can taste how fresh is it, tacos are perfectly portion with good amount t of meat and the crispy tortilla make you feel you are eating a real Mexican food!
Please do your self a favor and stop by here and eat, plus service is incredible amazing and really make you feel welcomed since the first step there!

As we were exploring we were looking for a place to have lunch & so we happened to walk by Vivienne’s Bistro II. Decided to go in & try the place out. This turned out to be a great choice. We ordered the Lobster Rangoon appetizer, my wife ordered the Broccoli with chicken & I ordered the General Tao’s Chicken. The food & service were extremely good. We highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Asian cuisine.

I really like the food, the friendly servers, and the convenient location here.
The Issue:
Unfortunately, my biggest issue is order accuracy—specifically regarding proteins. Whether dining in or ordering to go, I consistently get the wrong meat. This has happened during my last three visits:
Visit 1: Ordered carne asada, received chicken.
Visit 2: Ordered chicken, received beef. (On this visit, my dining companion also received the incorrect meat).
Visit 3 (Today): Ordered beef, received chicken.
The Breakdown:
Something is clearly broken in the communication chain. Either the tickets aren't being sent to the kitchen correctly, the servers aren't double-checking, or the kitchen staff simply doesn't care.
Customers don't want to send food back and risk waiting around just to see if it comes out right the second time; they usually just eat the mistake.
The Bottom Line:
It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a meal and consistently not get what I actually ordered. I love the flavor of the food, but this ongoing order-mixup issue is exactly why I've started staying away longer and longer. I hope management can look into this kitchen-to-server communication pipeline.

2411 76th Ave SE, Mercer IslandTasty grass fed burgers and tallow fried French fries. Don't pass on the garlic aoli for your fries. The blackberry shake was pretty scrumptious too. Now for the aesthetics, the place could use a good scrubbing. I look at the whole experience and I want my surroundings to be as beautiful as my meal even if it is just a burger and fries. Overall, a good stop for burgers.
