She showed me some new ways to make the boxes work with my needs and was very polite the entire time! 5 stars for sure!”

“These folks are great. Just moved in and the new manager is solid and attentive, and the vibe of the building is a little older and funky! I'm not a fan of the price increases but if you ask them about it, they're honest and open about the reasons and it isss pretty common to see at storage faculties so I cant blame them,
I do like their insurance alternative, and they have good security systems. Great location too, right by the shops on the Ave.
I will say though... if a practice like price increases is common but its a bad practice that none of the people who shop there like (see the other reviews), you should probably think about that? Its sad a place like this gets a bad rap for an industry standard, but hey. Capitalism in 2025, amirite?”
“I’ve come to the store for a number of projects and each time I’ve been taking really good care of. I’ve done everything from notaries, printing random documents and signage, badge laminating, receiving packages, and most recently packing trading cards to be graded. And every time I felt like the employees cared and took the time for each project. I cannot recommend this place enough. Highly recommend!”
“This is a thoughtful store where you won't need to worry about going to different delivery services office, as they accept packages from all kinds of couriers. The staff are caring, considerate, and attentive. Please never go away.”

“Needed a passport photo and they were close by. Messed up my shoulder in a car wreck a few years ago which makes it hard to get a good passport photo and it took a few trys to get it but staff was super friendly and helpful. Also got a digital copy on the spot which was great.
Besides Passport photos they also provide a few other sources. Obviously rental mailboxes if you don't have anywhere else to get your mail. They also have some specialized packing/shipping materials. I've never seen a specialized wine shipping container (holds 6 bottles) before lol. Also have printer and scanner onsite.
I Would def recommend this place to anyone I knew without hesitation.”
“I don’t usually write reviews for post offices, but WOW the staff here are so kind and helpful! I don’t mail things often, but they made the process easy and offered amazing service. I have come back here twice and had the exact same experience both times. It gets a little busy during lunch hour and immediately after work, but the line never takes too long.”
“Only saw 1 handicap parking space at this strip mall and it was 11 spots away from the door. The entrance does not have automatic openers so another customer has to open and hold the door for anyone with difficulty walking or opening heavy doors. The shop was very crowded with people waiting for services at 1pm on a Saturday. There are a few chairs but more people than seats. Came here for fingerprinting because it's 1 of only a few places who do this on Saturdays. They sell packing/shipping supplies, have mailboxes, and ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Understaffed but staff was quick, nice, and professional.”

“I had a great experience at Mailboxes N More today. I came in with 35 return packages for UPS and FedEx, and the gentleman working there was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to help me match all my labels correctly to the right packages.
Without his help, I could have easily mixed up the labels and lost a lot of money. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

“The best virtual mail service I’ve ever used — hands down. Great location, competitive pricing, and Mr Scott had amazing customer service. He respond quickly and he’s always helpful.
Even after I closed my mailbox,Mr Scott kept my mails safely for months and offered to help forward it instead of throwing anything away. That level of care and integrity is rare. I’ve tried many mail services in different places in Washington and other states - I am traveling a lot- this is by far the best one. Highly recommended!

“After getting our mail broken into twice in a couple of months our HOA decided that we wanted to upgrade our 20-year-old mailboxes to the new stronger mailboxes. Our HOA had found a couple of sites that sold them, one person that would install it if we had a concrete pad and was looking for a 3rd contractor to pour a pad and haul away our old mailbox. I reached out to Christian and they were able to handle all aspects of the job in a timely manner. He even had the mailbox in stock. He was friendly, professional, and the job was completed as promised at the exact quoted amount. Christian is very friendly and I spoke with him for a few minutes during the install and he goes the extra mile to make the process smooth for his customers. He confirmed the day before and the morning off and showed up on time. I would highly recommend you work with him for your locking mailbox.”
“We came here to ship my wife's wedding bouquet for preservation. We had to ship the flowers delicately enough that they wouldn't get crushed in transit, and they had to be in a bag of water. My wife was very worried but the guy behind the counter was a superstar. He carefully packed up the flowers, allowing us to help, and used more packing material than what we had brought to make sure the flowers were cushioned. We really appreciated the extra help!”

“Update 12/5 - I've come in since learning about new ownership and things have improved here! Happy to use their services again.
I've used Lake Union Mail to print my shipping labels and it went from $1 to $2 without notice to print a single piece of paper and slip it in the clear sleeves that UPS/FedEx provide.
I came here for stamps once and when I received my total I knew something was off. When I asked he said they mark them up but didn't transparently provide that info.
The man that works here is super unfriendly and makes it uncomfortable to use their services, which is the main reason I won't come back here.”

“This is a long review, but it was worth the time to write it. I had to return 3 separate Amazon items to UPS. The return was the pita type that requires you to print out the labels for the items to return them. I called the store and spoke with Babs about the return and she was quick to explain what they could do, polite and willing to help. When I came in, I had the pleasure of having Babs help me in person. Not only is she super cute, she was super nice and took care of everything for me in about 5 minutes. I’ll be driving out of my way to this UPS if I have to return anything to them again. Or if I can make a good excuse to use UPS at all. The other reps seemed nice as well and had the people they were helping taken care of before I was done with my returns. Definitely go by here if you need to use UPS for anything.”

“My husband and I were randomly talking about what an absolute perfect model of customer service this UPS store is. There has been some turnover in staff in the decade I’ve been visiting, but much less than one might expect with younger staff. But the manager of this location consistently hires the same service minded standard and it really is deeply impressive. The employees all seem happy and to enjoy their work and each other. They seem relaxed and at ease, but hold such an amazing standard of relaxed customer service. This is a shining example of retail customer service done right and the management should seriously consider writing a book on their approach.”

“ICS works really well for our lifestyle and business, we find the service to be phenomenal! It's better than just a PO box or UPS box because you can register this as your personal business address which is great if you have an online business. The owners and office administrator have always kind to us and our pets. We can see our mail when it's delivered, get it scanned or sent to us wherever we are in the country for a very reasonable price. We know our packages are safe when we can't pick them up immediately. I've never had a problem dropping in to pickup my mail during business hours. We love coming in to use the cozy office space, get a cup of coffee and use their fast internet. I felt compelled to write a review after seeing some negative ones, those are likely outlying situations because overall ICS has been very reliable service over the 3 years we've been with them.”
