Manager (Trey) carries a strong sense of empathy, and you can tell he's taking the time to not just hear you, but genuinely gives you his attention even when interrupted. It's a remarkable example of how corporate culture is dictated from the top down.
I'm sure there are other outstanding stores as this one but I'm happy to go out of my way a little bit just to bring them my business in exchange for a restored sense of faith in humanity, right smack in the middle of Lynnwood, of all places!

This team trimmed his nails in just a couple of minutes! We were amazed at how confident, calm, and efficient they were. So grateful to finally find a place that can handle him. Highly recommend!

She’s very skittish and has lots of anxiety. I was nervous at first until I seen Jennifer come out grab my dog with a big smile. Gave her a huge hug and a kiss like it was her own. I really do appreciate that and it made me feel more comfortable. She’s a great associate. I definitely recommend her if you have a small dog that has lots of anxiety.

I feel like they really take care to know what you are expecting out of the groom. I reduced by one star because the last two times I’ve dropped him off, they didn’t call me when he was finished and I had to call in at the 3-hour mark to check if he was done. Regardless, he always comes back looking fresh and smelling clean. My favorite is when they give his tail a little lion puff at the end! Attached a before and after photo of his groom.

They listened to my concerns and were so helpful in determining the best course of care for my elderly cat. We brought our <6 month old Labrador retriever to 2 puppy play sessions which were $18 each and ~45 minutes and attended 1 “Ready, Set, Go! (Finding the Right Class For Your Dog)” which was $60 for 90min. Both sets of trainers were very kind, calm, knowledgeable, nonjudgmental and helpful. The facility is organized, clean, with plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play. The floor is easy to clean up if accidents occur as well. There is free parking and a couple of grassy/dirty spots for your pup to use the bathroom. We definitely enjoyed our time here and I believe our dog, Phil, did as well!

I have tried a few different flavors but my go-to right now is the Creme Brulee tea. oh heavens. If you like that dessert, you will LOVE their boba version. It has a milk base, so isn't caffeinated, and it also is just tooo yummy! (I'm sorry you can't see the crispy torched sugar topping on this photo, but it's def there!) The other teas are made with real loose leaf teas and are made fresh to order. The store has plants on the walls, which makes for a top-tier ambiance. And last but not least I've always found their customer service is stellar. 5/5 stars, 10/10 -- will visit again!

The food has been great every time. Above all, though, and the reason I felt compelled to write this review is the service. I particularly want to acknowledge Karlie.
I think she has been our server before, but I never got her name until yesterday. My 9-year-old son said Karlie is the best server he's ever had and gives her 5 stars. I could not agree more. Karlie is absolutely wonderful. She really seems to care that we are having a good meal and experience, and anticipates our needs before we can even ask.
Jack took our order this evening, and I would also give him t stars. Super friendly and got our order modifications just right.
Even if I wasn't staying at the hotel, I'd come by just because I know I'd get excellent service and food. Thank you, thank you!

The food doesn’t come out super fast like some other spots, but once it arrives, you immediately understand why everything is made with real care and intention.
Every dish we tried was delicious. You can really taste the quality and thought put into the food. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy.
We actually ended up here by accident because our usual pho place was closed for construction, and honestly… what a lucky find. This place is now a new favorite. Definitely worth the wait, and I’ll 100% be coming back.
