She is available by phone to answer questions if you dont bank with them and even more diligent when you do to ensure your account is safe and sound. Felica promotes their business is a positive way and the atmosphere at the bank is a unique experience. Most banks you walk into with a security guard, plexi-glass, and a dividing line between you and everyone else. First Financial is an open and welcoming atmosphere and you will be treated like family.”

“I met with Alex/Alejandro to take care of a hold that I had on my account that I've been dealing with for about a week now. I tried to call the 1-800 number that the app gave me multiple times but they were no help at all. But when I came into this actual branch, he patiently sat with me for over an hour trying to resolve the issue, even working through his lunch break. Walked me through every step of what would normally be a very stressful experience. One of the nicest employees I've ever spoken to at Chase. I wish the call center was this helpful as well.”
