“After making inquiries from many of the audio repair stores in the valley about a vintage cabinet turntable, am/fm radio restoration, returning it to working condition, a family member chose Audio Wizard. We both took the entire innards of the cabinet to Audio Wizard. Gary was very professional as well as personable. Quite confident that this project was completely doable. This after being put off by several of the companies we contacted and even Gary was appalled at some of the amounts we were quoted.
The value of this piece is not monetary but, one passed from one generation to another with memories attached.

“I usually brace myself for less-than-stellar service, but not this time. I went to Target on my lunch break to purchase a wired headphone and was having a hard time finding it. I asked for help and patiently waited for assistance. KIMBERLY showed up and exceeded my expectations. Despite knowing I was in a hurry, she was incredibly patient and diligently searched the store for the wired headphone that was listed as in stock. She was phenomenal. “I walked into T Mobile on a fluke today with a complicated iPhone issue, & walked out a new customer! I was greeted by all, & was beyond fortunate to have Regina & then Zeus help resolve this issue. Regina listened to my frustration, grasped the issue immediately, & when she told me she could resolve the problem, I almost fell off the chair!!! I could only thank her for her expertise every 7 minutes. Regina resolved the problem that hours at At&T & Cox were unable to solve, & unfortunately they made the problem even worse for me!
What I liked was Regina’s ability to think outside of the box & focus on the issue in a whole new way. I’m still amazed at her willingness to continue to look at different ways to solve this problem, & then get it fixed!!!! WOW!!! I asked to see her manager Zeus, to let him know what an outstanding professional associate he had, & how thoroughly impressed I was that she could tackle this issue. Zeus explained all about what T Mobile could offer me…& then followed up with Regina on my phone issue, to make sure everything was in working order. What a team!! They both came together to solve this puzzle, I walked in just to see if by chance they could help me~and now, I will be returning as a new customer. I simply cannot say enough about their outstanding customer service and the twelve star experience I had. I would also like to add, that the other associates all approached me to be of service, too. Very kind. Whatta store!!!

“A huge shout out to Matt, who was one the managers that helped my wife and I. We wanted to return our sons bicycle that was damaged while riding it. The representative there told us we couldn’t return it since it’s been more than 90 days since we purchased it (purchased 6 months ago). The only way was to go on Target.com for POSSIBLE store credit or exchange. After some frustration, we asked for a manager. Matt presented in a super professional and friendly manner. He was able to find the same bike in stock and gladly exchanged it. Great customer service and experience! This location is lucky to have Matt there and need more like him! Thank you!”

“The pretty, dark haired lady who works the jewelry and accessories was so kind and helpful to me in choosing Christmas gifts for my sister in laws and nieces. She was so patient and nice; I forgot her name, and I don't think she's a Target employee, she was wearing another company's name badge; I think she works for a company that services the jewelry department.
Anyhow, I really appreciated this lady's help. The store was very busy for the holidays, and she was smiling and so friendly and made some great suggestions. She even took the time to look in her backstock for jewelry she thought I would like. Thank you so much to this lady, she made my day and my holiday!
