“This Best Buy location has completely restored the faith I thought I'd lost, in a brand I've always loved. From the moment I stepped inside, the difference was palpable. The staff were not only knowledgeable but genuinely engaged. Every question, no matter how detailed or technical, was met with thoughtful, comprehensive answers. They had also proactively offered insights I hadn't even considered, demonstrating a level of expertise and customer service that is, sadly, a rarity these days.
The level of service I received here was exceptional, it was the Best Buy I remember from years past.
Frankly, I had a series of deeply disappointing experiences at my local Best Buy, to the point where I was considering swearing off the brand altogether and do all my electronics shopping online from Amazon or Micro Center. However, this particular location, despite the significant drive from my downtown residence, has completely restored my faith.
This is the standard Best Buy should strive for. I'm thoroughly impressed and will be a loyal patron of this store moving forward. Thank you guys so much for renewing my faith in Best Buy and I will be back soon.”
“Had my Macbook Pro taken a look at and we opened it up and it was gone due to liquid damage. Paid for the diagnostics and was told I didnt need to pay more for the damage on the logic board. Helpful and Knowledgeable! I will come here next time for my apple products!”
“I usually brace myself for less-than-stellar service, but not this time. I went to Target on my lunch break to purchase a wired headphone and was having a hard time finding it. I asked for help and patiently waited for assistance. KIMBERLY showed up and exceeded my expectations. Despite knowing I was in a hurry, she was incredibly patient and diligently searched the store for the wired headphone that was listed as in stock. She was phenomenal. Target is incredibly fortunate to have Kimberly on their team. Thank you, KIMBERLY!”

“I walked into T Mobile on a fluke today with a complicated iPhone issue, & walked out a new customer! I was greeted by all, & was beyond fortunate to have Regina & then Zeus help resolve this issue. Regina listened to my frustration, grasped the issue immediately, & when she told me she could resolve the problem, I almost fell off the chair!!! I could only thank her for her expertise every 7 minutes. Regina resolved the problem that hours at At&T & Cox were unable to solve, & unfortunately they made the problem even worse for me!
What I liked was Regina’s ability to think outside of the box & focus on the issue in a whole new way. I’m still amazed at her willingness to continue to look at different ways to solve this problem, & then get it fixed!!!! WOW!!! I asked to see her manager Zeus, to let him know what an outstanding professional associate he had, & how thoroughly impressed I was that she could tackle this issue. Zeus explained all about what T Mobile could offer me…& then followed up with Regina on my phone issue, to make sure everything was in working order. What a team!! They both came together to solve this puzzle, I walked in just to see if by chance they could help me~and now, I will be returning as a new customer. I simply cannot say enough about their outstanding customer service and the twelve star experience I had. I would also like to add, that the other associates all approached me to be of service, too. Very kind. Whatta store!!!

The location was clean, numerous employees greeted me and asked if I needed anything and service at checkout was friendly and quick. The selection of items was good and they were actively refilling the shelves that weren’t full. Prices are fair and with the Target Circle app you have to option to save more.”
“The pretty, dark haired lady who works the jewelry and accessories was so kind and helpful to me in choosing Christmas gifts for my sister in laws and nieces. She was so patient and nice; I forgot her name, and I don't think she's a Target employee, she was wearing another company's name badge; I think she works for a company that services the jewelry department.
Anyhow, I really appreciated this lady's help. The store was very busy for the holidays, and she was smiling and so friendly and made some great suggestions. She even took the time to look in her backstock for jewelry she thought I would like. Thank you so much to this lady, she made my day and my holiday!

I found that its prices for stereo components were competitive with, and sometimes better than, both local dealers and online stores. Paul at USA Tube Audio also did not steer me towards higher end equipment and was willing to suggest less expensive alternatives.What really sets the company apart was Paul's quick response to my many phone and email questions. The man never seems to take any time off. Even after I had made my purchase, Paul promptly answered my questions about how to set up my new network player, amplifier, and speakers.
