“It’s not often you give somebody a hug for helping you at a store, my less a store for a wireless service provider. Salvador, from this Verizon location, deserves the biggest hug ever for helping me. He went way over above to make sure I had what I needed even staying hours past closing time to do it. I needed a new line for a business. I was opening the following day and he made sure I had it. I’m so thankful and will always go back to the store for future needs.”
“I can't believe that this place has such low reviews. I had to bring my phone in to get fixed, after getting it replaced just a few days before somewhere else. After the first place, my phone screen stopped working (the touch) to the point where it wasn't responsive to any touch. The side volume was also pressed in. We called ahead of time to see if they were still open and the cost of replacement, and the man working (I didn't catch his name) kindly informed us of the cost and that I could bring it in even right before closing. He examined my phone before repairing to determine whether it would need repaired, replaced my screen, AND helped clean the volume button area to bring the button back out. He replaced it and my screen works perfectly well now. He was so so nice. I definitely recommend this place.”
