1365 2nd St, Los OsosWow, this place was a pleasant surprise for me. I have never talked to anyone about this restaurant nor have I heard anyone talk about it. This place will not disappoint! The service was very cordial and warm. The open design kitchen as very appealing to the diners in the dining room. The rustic setting and open fireplace made the dining experience grand. There is a bar top as you enter the restaurant as well which would be fun to sit down next time. My company had a salmon special which looked delicious and my wife had the chicken piccata and I had a pesto pasta with papardelle noodles. Amazing food! Hit all the notes on the flavor profile. Warm bread was served with whipped butter and warm butter. Cocktails were good and wine selection was fine. Next time you're close to Morro Bay, head south to Los Osos / Baywood towards the back bay, you will not be disappointed!!
