1965 Avenida Escaya #106, Chula VistaI first found Pride n Joy Grooming back in 2023 and I've been taking Mochi here ever since. It's been hard to find a groomer for Mochi that can actually cut his hair to how we like it. At Pride n Joy they always follow my grooming instructions perfectly and he comes out looking clean and fresh. My only critique would be sometimes its hard to get a hold of them to make an appointment so I usually make an appointment ahead of time when he's already there. But otherwise they are great!

577 Telegraph Canyon Rd, Chula VistaI got my cat neutered here about a year ago. Due to the great service of my first visit, I came back to bring my cat for a wellness exam and vaccinations. I was nervous because my cat is a sweetheart at home but doesn’t do well with other people. Even though my cat was hissing and growling they were still being so patient with him. Dr. Dworak was amazing handling my cat. She took the time to give us some advice on his diet to prevent future health problems. My husband and I were really impressed with the whole service. We were worried because we didn’t know how well they would handle my cat’s behavior. The Front desk were very nice and the assistant that helped Dr. Dworak, was so sweet. Usually many people aren’t patient with my cat and are so fast to judge due to his behavior. That’s why it made me so happy how well they treated him. I will definitely come back for any more services my cat may need. This is a place you can trust! My cat means the world to me and seeing how well they did with him warmed my heart. Thank you for the lovely service.

Everyone we encountered was kind and welcoming to my furry friend. Check-in was smooth and attentive, and the nurse who prepped us for the vet was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions with care.
Then we met Dr. Brenda Cotto López—she was wonderful! My pet tends to be nervous around strangers, but she was so patient and gentle. She took her time with him, made sure he was comfortable, and thoroughly explained everything from diet to flea prevention and heartworm disease. I felt completely at ease and never rushed.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I left feeling confident and well-informed. I would absolutely recommend this clinic—and especially Dr. Cotto López—to any pet parent looking for compassionate, knowledgeable care!

877 E H St, Chula VistaYesterday, after completing a wonderful grooming by April, I was told she was suspicious of an ear infection with my maltipoo, Luca. I immediately walked over to the Banfield desk to ask if a vet might be available to see him. Within 15 minutes we were brought into an exam room and Dr. Pno came in. She introduced herself, observed Luca shaking his head and proceeded to examine him. She swabbed his ears, with my permission and carefully and knowingly explained a course of action. She took my questions and comments with patience and courtesy, Her assistant told me of the cost of treatment. I felt relieved that Luca was going to get help and was very pleased with the compassionate care he was given. I do wish Dr. Pro was a regular veterinarian there!

2260 Otay Lakes Rd #113, Chula VistaI am so happy that I made the decision to bring a stray cat that I wanted to take in to Dr. Bischel and her team! After spending months earning his trust, I was finally able to capture a stray in my neighborhood and wanted to get him the vet care he needed. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to have a routine neuter because of an anatomical defect, but Dr. Bischel and her team were able to make it possible for him to have an abdominal surgery to be neutered as well as address his other needs as a previous stray. Throughout the entire process, everyone at the clinic was so kind, encouraging and took the best care of our Kedi, I truly felt like he couldn’t be in better hands. They helped guide me to ensure he had a strong recovery, and I am happy to share that he has grown into the sweetest, most affectionate and happy little boy thanks to Dr. Bischel and her team. Thank you Dr. Bischel and all of the Eastlake Village Clinic staff for taking the best care of Kedi, and I hope you know how you truly transformed his life for the best. It is much appreciated.

H St, Chula VistaI received my stabilty service dog Denny last June. Isabelle trained him and he is 100 % perfect. He can dial 911 for me, I couldn’t walk alone for 2 years until I got Denny. Now because he is so perfectly trained I’m getting lots of walking exercise which is very great for my health. I’m going to recommend Isabelle’s dog training service to everyone I know or meet in need of a service dog. I can promise them that they will get the best trained dogs from Isabelle’s company. Her trainers train the most intelligent loving devoted service dogs I’ve ever known. I’m blessed to have received my perfect devoted Beloved dog from Isabelle.

I recently moved to the area and there is an abundance of restaurants, yet I visit this location at least once a week..( is this a safe space to admit that??) Litzy was the team member who assisted me today and she is an earth angel. It was during the lunch rush, on a rainy day yet she remain composed and cheerful as if she had sunshine in her back pocket. I really like that all the team members help each other out and they speak to each other respectfully. The atmosphere is relaxed and they are diligent about keeping it tidy. I am consistently satisfied with the service and the meal. Thank you for welcoming me to the community and I will see yall next week! Lol

They had a wide variety to choose from, so we ended up buying a box of 6 to try (at almost $3 each). All of the conchas were so fluffy, soft, and flavorful (some more than others). Out of the batch we got, our favorites were the churro and Fruity Pebbles, but we will definitely be back to try their other flavors!
