Pet Grooming

Rocky Top Kennels
3220 CA-41, CrestonMarty is a fantastic trainer and takes care of our dog as if it is one of his own. One of the things you need to know is that Marty will train the owners as well; so much of our dogs training issues start with the owners!

Pet Care

Creston Large Animal
CA-229, CrestonWe are so grateful to have Christina and her crew caring for our large animals at From the Heart Animal Sanctuary. Today, one of our horses was down due to the temperature flux and she got here and worked on him extremely quickly, explaining the options and what she was doing along the way. Her wealth of knowledge and ability to talk Leslie through the problem at hand and the different ways to solve it reassures us that our furry family has a skilled team at their moment of need.

Meade Canine Rescue Foundation
8598 Webster Rd, CrestonCharlotte and Lorraine are wonderful. There is another woman and man whom I saw but didn't catch their name. Charlotte told me about their 2nd hand shop on site, completely stocked with everything you'd need, and treats for the me furry baby too. She thoughtfully prepared a goody bag for our little guy to take home on our first day and a crate! Our champ is a special needs little guy who had it rough in the past and has serious trust issues. He was treated like a king at the rescue sanctuary. He had a special giant house in his own little area so he could have peace since it gets pretty exciting with do many fury babies running around. The dogs are well cared for and runs on volunteers as I understand it. I saw mostly small dogs but there were 5 or so larger dogs running around outside. They were all friendly. A lot of baking but friendly. I urge everyone to consider this place the next time you're thinking about adopting a dog. Highly recommend. Oh, the drive to the rescue is long but beautiful. Take it slow as a section of the road is wide enough for only a single car so watch for incoming traffic.
