“uBreakiFix replaced my phone's screen (known issue with screen fuzzyness resulting from static buildup) and also managed to replace my battery under Google's extended warranty. The replacement took about 1.5 hours. Very impressed with the service here and I plan to take my phone back there for future repairs as needed.”
“Sam and Jenny were so kind! I went in today with a very noisy home button on my iPhone that desperately needs an upgrade. Sam was so great and diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in a minute. Turns out it was a loose screw causing the home button to vibrate and make a loud buzzing sound. I was expecting it to be something awful and forever broken, but it was a simple fix for Sam. Thank you! Sam is excellent at troubleshooting all phones no matter the make or model. Jenny showed me multiple phones within my price range when I’m ready for an upgrade, which will be very soon! The team at Kemo are amazing! “I have no words for the kindness showed to me by the workers at this ATT store. My iPhone 12 broke, and I was using an old iPhone 8, but my sim card was not working in it, I suspect due to water damage. I managed to navigate to the store from my house with no data, because the map had preloaded it. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, and they had already locked their doors. I knocked and a woman named Elena told me they were closed. I walked away, but as I did, I realized I had no way of getting directions home, or to an ATT store that was open. I went back to knock on the door, and a gentleman named Michael opened the door. I explained to him my situation, and thank goodness he offered me to come inside. I had only hoped to get an internet connection so that I could download the map to get home or to another ATT store. Instead, he had Elena help me get a new SIM card. Partial way through her helping me, I told her, “I don’t expect you guys to help me with this, because I know I’ve already inconvenienced you enough, and you are staying past closing to help me, but I actually came to this store to upgrade to a new iPhone.” Elena immediately said, “Of course we can help you with that.” I couldn’t believe it. Michael came out, and so did another woman named Vivian. They got me on the correct payment plan to upgrade to the iPhone 15. I picked out a phone case and screen protector while I was there, to prevent any accidents. They informed me that I could pick out an accessory of my choice for free. I picked out the $24 ATT wired headphones. They helped me through every step of the way, with bright smiles on their faces, and amazing energy. I would have potentially had to wait another day with no service, but thanks to them, I went home with a fully functioning iPhone 15. I’m so grateful to them, and I highly recommend coming to this ATT store. Elena, Michael, and Vivian are top notch, and I can’t praise them enough.”
“I have been through the runaround. I’ve been to three different AT&T stores, and finally the store knew how to get what I needed. The manager, Alex set me straight. He corrected my name after another location in Alameda butchered it. Even after I told Samuel that wasn’t my name, and now I couldn’t do many things with my account. However, if it wasn’t for Chris, who was trained properly, and knew to seek his manager to help me with my situation after it being a simple fix. Then Enrique Brandon has a great personality, and is like the life of the party. This location is a 10 out of 10 recommend! If you’re seeking phone service with AT&T, come here! Mic drop.”

He was so upset because I did not want all the extras he had added to the plan. I finally bought the phone but he did not help me set up my phone. However , there was another representative present at the store his name is Hamza , he was the reason why I gave the higher stars. If you ever go to this store wait to get service from Hamza . I had recently relocated to San Francisco and needed to set up my new iPhone 16 ProMax. Not only was the process seamless, but I was able to complete my upgrade and convert all my old information to my new phone in a matter of minutes. I was a little concerned about protecting my new phone because most stores did not carry any cases for the new iPhone 16 ProMax. However, Cody was able to assist me with the purchase of a heavy duty case in store since I tend to drop my phone quite often. I can honestly say I was 100% satisfied with my overall experience at ATT near the Target off Geary Blvd and Masonic Ave. If you need a perfect spot to park for FREE, this is the location. Just park at the target and walk down the stairs near Masonic Ave. I promise you that every person in this place is friendly and will help you with all your ATT needs. I got lucky and picked the perfect location.”
