Pet Care

Ski Town Animal Hospital
35825 US-40, Steamboat SpringsGreat, as always. Been bringing my pets here since we moved to the area, 4+ years ago. We've had checkups, shots, surgery (some of it emergent), out of hours emergencies (a poisoned cat having seizures) and every time, Dr Reese has been there and happy to help.

Steamboat Veterinary Hospital
1878 Lincoln Ave, Steamboat SpringsSteamboat Veterinary treats our fur babies as if they were their own, and that kind of genuine care means the world to us. We’ve been seeing Dr. Gotchey and his team for several years now, and time after time they’ve gone above and beyond for our four babies—always showing them the same love, patience, and compassion we do at home.
A huge heartfelt thank‑you to the front desk staff, who greet us with kindness every single visit; to the technicians, who make us feel safe, supported, and truly cared for; and especially to the doctors, whose dedication is nothing short of extraordinary. Their gentle approach, willingness to listen, and the way they take time to explain everything with such empathy gives us so much peace of mind. It’s clear they don’t just treat animals—they genuinely cherish them.
Our recent visits with Dr. Natalia Stiff and Dr. Sabina Bosses reminded me once again just how remarkable this team is. The care, reassurance, and genuine affection they show our babies makes all the difference. Knowing our little ones are loved, understood, and truly safe in their hands is a comfort we can’t put into words. We are endlessly grateful for the hearts and expertise behind this incredible team.

Mountain Peaks Veterinary Clinic
690 Marketplace Plaza b3, Steamboat SpringsWe are so so grateful for Dr. Dayna. Truly can't say enough wonderful things about her and do her justice. She is so good with animals, spotted things right away that other vets missed, gives premium expertise at affordable pricing, and offers an amazing mix of holistic and mainstream treatment options for your little baby. And, when it was time for our sweet Ladybug to go on to the next life, Dr. Dayna did a housecall and gave her the sweetest sendoff we could ask for. Tears of gratitude in my eyes even thinking about what she's done for us. I was referred to her and want everyone in town to find her. Thank you, thank you, from Sam, Lexi, Ladybug, Jonathan, and Junie B Jones. I wish you treated humans, too!

Peace Love Petcare
984 Captain Jack Dr, Steamboat SpringsThe owner, Amy, and her team go above and beyond for my dog Max whenever he goes to daycare. They have an excellent setup with indoor and outdoor space, lots of furniture/things to climb on for the dogs and multiple paddling pools for the summer. They seem to take great care of all of the dogs and ensure they get enough playtime while also keeping them safe. Max comes home happily exhausted every time he goes. Probably the best daycare I’ve ever sent him to (across four states).

Smell That Bread Bakery
135 11th St, Steamboat SpringsWent here on vacation with my wife over 3 years ago when we first began dating. We still talk about “That bakery with those amazing oatmeal cookies” every time we have a cookie. I finally found your bakery and I’m so sad you don’t offer a shipping option. I would pay handsomely to have some shipped to my home! They also had incredible chocolate croissants. I cannot recommend this place enough.
