“Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The manager, Michael, is an absolute machine. While waiting in line, I watched him personally call a delivery driver who, possibly, had an important package for the man in front of me. Michael then coordinated for the two to meet ASAP to hand deliver the package. He, then, did the same thing for me after my package wasn't found at the location. I walked home, and the USPS delivery guys were waiting for me, package in hand. Phenomenal job.”
“This office is usually understaffed. When they have two clerks the line moves quick. Sometimes my anxiety is raging and they have always been patient with me and put up with my load mouth.”
“The staff at this location was amazing. We came in for 6 new passports and we were not prepared with the right paperwork. Debbie and her team went out of their way to make sure all was right. It's nice to receive good customer service these days. The postal service has a bad reputation for inadequate service and timing. These folks do their job well! Thank you Debbie!”

“I’m always vigilant going to USPS because you just never know what you’ll be met with but today was truly the experience I always want to have going to USPS. I went around 9:30 am 6/25/24 and was met with a friendly greeting followed by exceptional service. I don’t remember the women’s name that helped me but she was so great and helpful!!!”
“This location is always properly staffed and has everything you need from a post office. They sell a multitude of stamps, envelopes, stationary items sturdy packaging and much more. NEVER a line when I go in, always friendly people and easy parking.”
“I've always had great a great experience at this post office. The post office in general gets a hard time. Whether I'm getting stamps, mailing a package, getting a money order or anything else - the staff are always helpful.Today, I visited because the key to a package locker jammed and I couldn't retrieve the package. I went to the post office in person to ask for assistance. They took down the location details and said someone would check on it. I figured it'd take a while for them to get to it. By the time I'd driven back to the location there was already someone their unlocking it and I got my package. Couldn't ask for better service than that!”
“Small local post office, early weekday morning seems to be good time to utilize the counter.
Friendly counter staff, staffing is limited just like any other post offices nowadays. Therefore timing is important in utilize the counter service, otherwise the kiosk might be a good option.
Near the Broomfield government office and other business buildings so midday and afternoon could be a bit busy, as well as tax deadline etc.”
“Pleasantly surprised! This is my local post office, middle of downtown was hesitant, especially with reviews. 3 postal workers behind the counters, ALL happy, good music on, fully stocked packaging material area. It took me about 5 minutes to package and label my box, about 6 people came and were serviced in that time. When I walked to the counter, I was instantly greeted and helped. For shipping, I HIGHLY suggest this location if you are near.”

Me and my fiance did a walk in about a passport after asking if we had our paperwork and us after obliging he squoze us in finished the process in about 20 mins all together for the both of us. He helped the one customer that came in while there but other then that gave us full attention and wrapped It up. Thank you Justin”

“I’ve been here probably 10 times and avoid going to other offices bc I like this one so much. They are kind, quick/manage their line really well. The space is clean and pretty well stocked with packaging materials. They have drop offs you can get to without having to wait in line.”

Josie enlightens people on how to do things they are sending out the correct way. My first time inside this post office. I will go in there again.”

“I visited the Nome location on 6/11/24 to receive help because I was getting nowhere with the Aurora location on Abilene, Denver S Holly location nor the 800 main number.
Taleese and Shalia handled me with care and went above and beyond to take care of me. After dealing with my certain issue for over a week and getting different information from the other 2 offices and the 800 dealing with these 2 ladies was a breath of fresh air.

The main USPS office is on Marion or google Park ave Tacos and it’s next to it!The lady who work there so as the Supervisor I think his name is Paul are super amazing and helpful! “I have always been pleasantly surprised by this branch. Ample street parking, the line is never horrendous, and everyone working there is kind and efficient. They are open the hours they say they are open, but they do stop taking customers right at close, so make sure you get there with time to spare!”

“My apartment mail boxes were broken, and I've had to come to this location regularly for mail and packages. They have always been super kind and helpful, move the line quickly, and get me what I need (even when I have a long list of packages). In particular, David, Isaiah and Jaime have been great.”

“Very inconvenient to make the drive to the postal office to find out they're closed for lunch from 1-2 o'clock. Really needs a face lift in there too. The line moves quickly. And the ladies have all been nice so far.”
