I had probably a very silly question about postage for sending trading/photo cards through the mail and he was super helpful and not at all impatient or condescending. Even gave me extra information to help me for the future that will make sending mail even easier for the future.”
“I was really excited about getting a package yesterday, but unfortunately it got misplaced. I contacted this office and they immediately went into action to locate it. My item was found within 24 hours. The office manager also called me to get information and to let me know when it was found. I really appreciate their lighting speed customer service and immediate attempt to remedy the situation. Accidents will happen, but how we respond to them matters.”

While I was filling things out, he assisted 4-5 people until I was ready. He has a great attitude, which is just the cherry on top :)”

“I guess I may be bias since the last two reviews want to smear my name, one I don’t open packages I have no desire steal any items, I place them carefully into our equipment what they do on the other side is on them, two I don’t physically carry mail so for the posters to take longer then the person expects maybe don’t pay for ground the cheapest way to get them there. I work hard to provide amazing customer service if your going to try to sully my name please come with actual facts not gripes that are not my fault…never wake a sleeping panda.”
“Walked in today and noticed a lot of frustrated customers. All the workers were doing everything they could to help everyone even with folks being very rude and condescending. I think patience and kindness could go a long way for our USPS workers during these times. Grateful for this office and the help and answers to questions they always provide! :)”

“The supervisory and other letter carriers here are really impressive, Jessie, Esa and Bidur have dealt phenomenally with a situation created by my letter carrier that honestly endangered my home. I was told by my bank I submitted a change of an address on April 7, a letter of critical importance arrived a month late, on the day it was due. My best friend’s wedding invitation never arrived 6 weeks later, almost 3 months, not returned to her, not delivered to me. I still haven’t gotten my new debit, the second of which was returned April 9.
He has delivered to my address with my last name and my daughter’s posted for almost 4 years.
I knew he was a petty person when he threatened not to deliver our mail if we didn’t label our mailbox, which I learned today is incumbent on the letter carrier.
I was prepared to complain and let it go, until the really nice support letter carrier (Tricia) and one of the supervisors (Esa) expressed their hope he would not do something more malicious. That’s when I saw I had to get ahold of the US Inspector General to file a criminal complaint. I can’t risk my home being threatened, my bank card made unavailable or mail precious to me disappearing, being returned or arriving a month late anymore. I had to put my mail on hold because last week someone ripped off my mail label. It was Tricia who carefully filled out a new one and posted it in my mailbox.
I would prefer to give 5 stars, but because this letter carrier has endangered my security, I had to downgrade.
If you are wondering which is his route, it is # 1843. And it’s weekdays for him. Beware. You can be totally nice and I guess he holds the way you look against you or something.

“Have to dab up the staff here. They're consistently helpful and tolerant of my own young children's often intolerable behavior while trying to help me and other patrons. Today, I came in at 5:28, 2 minutes to close ,and a friendly clerk, DJ, helped me with return. He walked me through using a QR code scanner at the kiosk like I was not a total ape. In other words, he was very calm and collected at the end of the day. I ran back in to get a single stamp at the end of the day and he didn't even charge me. USPS service is alive and well at this location.”
“I had a good experience when I was shipping a package to a family member. The counter clerk knew his job well and was as efficient as possible. His line moved quickly he was friendly and professional. It Aug 8, 2026 at 11am, He wore glasses, I wish that I could remember his name. Great job! You Sir are a credit to the community and the U.S. post office!”

“Surprisingly their counter service was very quick, efficient and professional. We only needed to ship one item, used their mailer adding our address labels. The pricing was about half what we were expecting. They computer verified the mailing address, took our payment and we and the package were on our separate ways. Kudos!!”

“I walked in to the Henderson post office today and it amazes me at the reviews people leave. They always say how bad the passport experience is! Well if you showed up with all the right paper work filled out and not blame the poor clerk behind the counter telling you the information you need. “A lot of these reviews appear to do with lost packages or issues that have nothing to do with this post office location specifically. As someone who actually went to this location to mail a certified letter, I had a great time. Well, as great of a time as visiting a post office can be. I rarely mail anything but the person who helped me was kind and able to help me rather quickly too. Now if that letter gets lost in the mail later on, it sucks but it’s certainly not this post office’s fault.”
