7848 Winter Garden Vineland Rd Unit 116, WindermereI took my cat in yesterday for a nail trim and they didn’t hesitate. The ladies up at the front were very sweet and treated my girl so sweetly. She didn’t want to leave the nice lady’s arms when it came time to be put in her carrier. And the nail trim was perfect. I will be bringing her back for future nail trims.

The ability to text the front desk minor questions is super convenient, and everyone is very kind and patient with questions and concerns. My boy, Kuma, had to have a major surgery and there were complications; Dr. Lipp went above and beyond with his care, and even took him home with her for a few days to keep an eye on him. Between the texts and phone calls, she kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan is great with communication and very friendly any time I reach out. This is the best veterinary clinic I've ever brought my pets to.

A great welcoming staff who checked us in and then the veterinarian assistant who walked us back to the exam room and was taking our information who was very helpful and very informative and caring for our fur babies. Then we met the caring Vetenarian who was so dedicated to caring for our puppies and informing us about their health and well being in addition to giving us so much helpful information to help train our puppies. All while are puppies felt very comfortable and cared for. Great experience from beginning to end.

4750 The Grove Dr #108, WindermereFirst time trying Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and it was pretty good. This is a walkup location with tables/seating available just steps away from the window. The staff allowed me to try a couple samples while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. They friendly and didn’t rush me even though it was a bit busy. While I can’t say I will make a special trip for it. I can say it would be in the running if I am out and want a sweet treat.

The service is always amazing and friendly. It does get very loud our grandparents have a hard time hearing inside. Ask to sit outside if you can.

All of the prices seemed reasonable for a small business. More exotic items were a little expensive, but staples like chicken breasts are about the same as Publix. I was very impressed by the selection of meats and the service from the butcher.
They have a large bakery section and restaurant, as well, but I haven't had a change to explore them yet. The restaurant always seems busy, though, which I assume is a good sign!

From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone felt comfortable.
What really stood out was how engaged they were with our kids and with us as a family. They took the time to explain everything, kept things relaxed and fun, and made the whole experience incredibly pleasant. It honestly felt like they treated us like regulars, not just visitors passing through.
We’d absolutely come back again!
