“Came in for a battery replacement. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient—no unnecessary fluff. They charged a fair price for the battery replacement. I dropped off my phone in the morning, and it was ready for pickup in about 2 hours. Excellent service overall, and I highly recommend them.”
“The store was very busy today so there was a wait to see an agent/technician. I was greeted by staff and they told me my approximate wait time. Once my name was called, my phone needs were addresses. (Setting up a new phone/transferring all the data). It took a long time (no fault of theirs). They were attentive to the issue and made me aware of what was happening. Hopefully it's all resolved and I can start using my new phone soon.”

“Visted once a few days ago for a phone that was older and having connection problems. Nick was super helpful to address the problem and provide me next steps if it continued. Sadly, it continued and I visited again today. Chad and Seth were friendly and kind. Chad did a great job troubleshooting, offering options, educating, and making sure I felt informed about my options. It really was a comfortable experience end to end.”

“Noah Seniva was the associate who helped me today. My partner of 31 years had died, and I wanted his voicemail saved to a file on my phone, so I could listen to it. Noah did that for me, he switched the account to just my phone, and he dealt with customer service about an outstanding bill. This last thing was time consuming, not the least because he was put on hold for quite awhile. He was patient and competent through all these procedures and was kind to me during something that was very sad for me. You have a fine young man representing your store in Noah.”

“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”
“It was a little chaotic when I arrived (maybe some post holiday travel season rush), but after a little wait the staff got my issued assessed and within a couple of hours, properly repaired. Security of my information was addressed by staff without me asking (which I would have as it major concern of mine).”

“I live in Iowa and pay for my parents phones in Arkansas. It is very inconvenient for me. Most temporary passwords and/or pins are texted to their Arkansas phones, not mine. They are 80yo. They get confused easily. This was the ONLY store in the Des Moines area that answered my phone call and tried to help me. If you're going to a Cricket store, I recommend you go see these ladies. The entire process was simple and I truly appreciate how patient she was.”
“I typically dread going into the cell phone store bc whatever issue or question I have, it always seems to end up with me paying more money and not being satisfied. Well that streak ended recently when I went to the US Cellular store on valley west drive in West Des Moines. The gentleman that took care of me was named Wya Lukery. He was professional, courteous and most importantly he was efficient in handling my issue and resolving it quickly. I walked out with a new phone since I broke mine with no insurance and a case for $32 owned outright. I'm a prepaid customer so this wasn't with a new 2 yr contract. This was a huge discount and I'm so appreciative of him for helping me out. Make sure you ask for him next time you stop in
