They were attentive to the issue and made me aware of what was happening. Hopefully it's all resolved and I can start using my new phone soon.”

Well that streak ended recently when I went to the US Cellular store on valley west drive in West Des Moines. The gentleman that took care of me was named Wya Lukery. He was professional, courteous and most importantly he was efficient in handling my issue and resolving it quickly. I walked out with a new phone since I broke mine with no insurance and a case for $32 owned outright. I'm a prepaid customer so this wasn't with a new 2 yr contract.
