Chris greeted me with a smile, remained calm and professional the entire time, and truly tried to help. Although he wasn’t able to complete the transfer due to needing an override code, he went above and beyond by letting me use the company phone to call AT&T, assisting me with resetting my PIN, and helping retrieve my eSIM information.

A very rude elderly woman (shame on her!) , and her two daughters , started Raising her Voice and yelling at the young female employee over something it seemed she had no Control over. it was quite a scene.
